Three days later...

I walked out from the bathroom with only a boxer, drying water from my skin with the towel. Ah, having a bath after hours outside the house is really refreshing.

Suddenly, a hand circled around my chest.

I turned my head and came face to face with the owner of the hands who smiled widely.

“Yunnie” he said in that oh-so-beautiful voice, which made me my heart jump to my mouth instantly.

Jaejoong pecked my lips and that innocent kiss quickly turned into something more.

We kissed and kissed and kissed until both of us ran out of breath.

“Call me again,” I said,

“Yunnie,” he breathed again, I smiled and kissed his tender lips again.

After the endless kisses, Jaejoong pulled away and through half lidded eyes, he panted, “Yun, can’t we?”

“Eh?” was all my smart response.

“Can’t we? Tonight?” he asked again, as he kissed my ear and blew it slightly.

I can feel electricity run through my body and moaned a bit as he ran his hand to caress my abs.

However, something drawed me back to reality and I instantly pushed him back.

“Auch,” He looked like a kicked puppy after I pushed him.

“A-a-I... I’m so tired toninght, and so I- don’t,” I scooted away from him while thinking of a reason.

“Again? You always said that you’re tired,” Jaejoong walked closer to me, still with that adorable pout and oh God, why that shorts is so short?

“Really?” I asked awkwardly.

“Yeah, you said so yesterday and two days ago...”

“But, I really am, Jaejoong,” I tried to think of another reason and lied to him.

“But I want you!” he exclaimed suddenly. “I want to remember that night! It’s unfair that you’re the only person who got the memory of our first night!”

Yeah, that’s actually the problem! I also don’t have the memory...

When Jaejoong was only a few feet away, I tried to move away again. Well, at least I had to put some distance between us, before I decided to jump on him without telling him the truth.

Ok, Jung Yunho, what are you waiting for? Just tell him the truth...

I closed my eyes and inhaled a very deep breath.

He tilted his head in confusion, as I walked closer to him suddenly and I fell to my knees. “Yunnie?”

“Kim Jaejoong,” I started, “I need to tell you something,”

“What is that? And why are you kneeling?” he asked.

“Promise me that you won’t be angry and you will try your best to understand me.” I said in a sincere tone while I looked at his eyes.

He laughed, “Come on, why so serious?” he tried to pulled me, but I refused.

“Joongie...” I insist, “Promise me,”

“Ok, I promise,” he shrugged.

“Seriously?”

He rolled his eyes, “Yes, Yunho, seriously. Now what?”

I can feel sweat rolled on my forehead, as I braced myself to tell the truth,

“That night is a hoax,”

Jaejoong furrowed his eyebrows, “Sorry, Yunnie, I don’t understand,”

“I lied to you Jaejoong, we never had sex before,”

I bit my lips nervously as Jaejoong’s face remained calm.

Two minutes later, I can see a vein popped near his eyes.

“JUNG. YUNHO!” Jaejoong growled.

Oh, that is not a good sign.

“What did you do then?”

“I already told you, I didn’t do anything, you already fell asleep,”

“So, did you take advantage when I fell asleep?”

“NO! I didn’t, I don’t wan-“

“Did you?”

“No!”

“So, you stopped because I fell asleep?”

I bit the inside of my mouth,

“Jung Yunho!” he yelled once more.

“Yes, I stopped because you’re asleep. I didn’t do anything when you’re asleep,”

“Honestly?”

“Yes, honestly,” I said, “It’s actually a good fact. When I think about it once again, i don’t want we had our first night together because you’re drunk and you don’t mean the whole thing.”

I smiled, when I saw Jaejoong deep in thought.

Yes!

“Still, who told you to lie?” he snapped, “And who told you to stop massaging my feet?”

I pouted and I continue massaging his legs. At least, I can still touch him.

“If I didn’t lie that night, we won’t end up together. Consider my feelings, I have loved you for seven years and I finally had the chance,”

He raised one of his eyebrow, “Did you just saying that I am inconsiderate?”

“Ah, no! No, that’s not what I mean, Joongie,”

“Call me stupid,” he said suddenly, “But I understand your feelings,”

I smiled and jumped to sit on the bed too. Its hurt to sit at the carpet for one hour, “So, you forgive me?”

“Who said I have?” he huffed indignantly, “You have to be punished,”

“You can punish me, but forgive me please, Joongie,” I hugged him and squished him.

“Yah, who said you can touch me?” he tried to wriggle away from my hug.

“No! I will be your slave but let this slave touch you, Master Joongie!” I begged him, all the while I know he will forgive me.

“Okay, okay! But you still have to massage me, bring me breakfast to bed every morning and buy me the new ZARA jacket I want!”

“Your wish is my command, Joongie!”

He laughed when I let him go and tried to kiss him.

“Wait,” he pushed my face, “Why did I have a feeling that you still have things you hide from me?”

“No, I have told you all the truth about that night,” I pushed more.

“About that night only? You didn’t have any sins to confess before this right?”

I stopped instantly, as certain memories flashing before my eyes.

Jaejoong saw my expression, “You did have sins!”

“Jung Yunho, I order you to be honest!” he said sternly.

I gulped down my saliva and laughed a bit as I rubbed the back of my neck, “Jaejoong, can we just forget the things in the past?”

“No, say it,” he crossed his arms as he looked at me.

“You are my first kiss, Joongie,” I admitted my childhood sins finally.

He tilted his head to the side, “You never kiss anyone before that night?”

I bit my lips again, it seems that tonight is the night of truth.

“Jaejoong, I had my first kiss when I was 12,”

Jaejoong furrowed his eyebrows, trying to digest all the information. After another 2 minutes, he gasped.

“That means? YAH, JUNG YUNHO!!”

Uh Oh, that did not sound good.

Well, despite the punishment and wrath I received that night (and the punishment still continues for weeks after that), I never regret that I deceived him that night.

Now, that I think about it, I didn’t regret all of my life.

I didn’t regret meeting him.

I didn’t regret falling for him.

I didn’t regret my 7 years of denial.

Because all of those years I came to realization that people can’t run away from love; for me I can’t run away from Kim Jaejoong; and being honest to love is the best thing in life.

“I said, it’s YOU, who initiated all the kisses and dirty talks,” I said once again.

I used tissue in my nose, because Kim Jaejoong’s head is quite thick and hard.

“No! No! NO, NO, NO!!” Jaejoong yelled, “It can’t be,”

“It can be, you’re drunk last night,”

“No! No!” Jaejoong bumped his head to the table over and over again.

“Stop it, you will damaged your brain,” I warned him, I pulled the tissue of off my nose.

“You!” Jaejoong angrily shouted, “You are not drunk! You should have stopped all of that!”

I had tried and “I can’t,”

“You can’t??! Of course you can,”

“I can’t, you,” I stop for a while, choosing words, “Seduced me,”

“I what?” he froze.

“You. Seduced. Me,” I emphasized each word, laughing ecstatically inside at Jaejoong’s horrified expression. “In fact, you did quite a great job. I was turned on instantly and then we-“

“Save the detail, save the detail!” Jaejoong cut.

“It’s quite beautiful actually,” I continue, “And, how should I put it? Oh, passionate,”

“You’re enjoying this, aren’t you?” Jaejoong gritted his teeth.

“Yes,” I admitted instantly, I wanted him to be haunted by the memories of last night. But, by the look of it he already forgot about it, that’s why I had to relive the memory once more.

“I ordered you, Jung Yunho,” Jaejoong stood up from the chair, “To forget about all this,”

Come again?

“What?”

“Yeah, just forget about it,”

Jaejoong walked away.

Ok, this is definitely not on my scenario.

I immediately grabbed his shoulder and turned him around, “I won’t and I can’t,”

“It’s simple, Yunho. Close your eyes. Concentrate. Order your brain to forget, then, ta-da you forgot, as simple as that,”

“DON’T BE RIDICULOUS! I bet you can’t forget this after a long time too!” I yelled at him, frustrated at his antics.

“Maybe not in a week or in a month! But I surely can!”

I gripped him harder, how can he?! How can he say it like that! If it just took a month, I won’t be away for 7 years!

“Aww, Yunho!”

“I don’t want you to forget,”

“Then what?” Jaejoong laughed mockingly, “You want us to get married or something? For God sake, Yunho! We’re both males!”

“Yes, I want to. Yes, I do want to be responsible over this occurrence. In fact, it was partly my fault,” I said in a hurry, desperate for him to agree, and also afraid if he rejected it, afrais if all of this didn’t go as planned, because Kim Jaejoong is just unexpectable.

“Responsible?! In what form?! I can’t get pregnant, you should be relieved and don’t repeat this !”

“I know you can’t. But I want to be responsible. Listen, Kim Jaejoong, I want to be your lover from now on. I want to be your partner, your husband, Jaejoong,”

Jaejoong stayed still.

He stayed still for one full minute.

“You are crazy, Yunho. Don’t even mention about this anymore,”

With that, I believe Kim Jaejoong had just ended my world.

Three days after that event, Jaejoong moving out.

He really intended to kill me, didn’t he?

I can’t sleep.

I can’t eat.

I can’t think.

I can’t do anything.

He just disappeared like that. He moved away. We didn’t know where he lived. He came to visit once or twice, but I never met him.

This had come to an end. I had to meet him and clear things up at all cost.

“Is uncle Yunho home?”

I heard that sweet voice, luckily I had tell Seung Ho not to tell him I’m here.

“Great,” Jaejoong said and immediately he headed for the stairs.

“What is great?” I asked him, walking out from my hiding place.

Jaejoong jumped in surprise, “Yunho, you scared me! For how long you had been standing there?”

“Not so long,” I handed a lollipop to Seung Ho and patted his head. “Go to your grandma,”

“Yunho!” Jaejoong is scandalized.

“I want to talk to you!”

“About what? There’s nothing to talk about between us!”

“It is about us!” I come closer to him, Jaejoong sighed.

“What do you want, Yunho?” Jaejoong headed to his room, a room used to be his.

“For us to talk,”

“We’re talking right now,”

“Not like this,” I said exasperatedly.

“Then like what?” Jaejoong entered the said room.

“You’re not even looking at me!” I yelled while pulling Jaejoong’s shoulder.

“Fine, what?”

I asked him a few standard questions I need to know. So, he’s living with his friend now and he came here to look for a song material. Now, warming up is over, I need to ask him,

“Why do you reject it?” I asked, not explaining what it is. As I know, he must be aware of what “it” is.

“Because I can’t,” he answered, simply.

“Why you can’t?”

“I don’t like guys,”

Jaejoong chose that moment to look at my eyes, “I don’t like you,”

He pierced my heart with those simple words.

“Then start,” I said with difficulty, I tried to remained calm and confident, while inside my confidence already crumbling with just that single sentence from Jaejoong. “Start liking me. I’m likeable, so it’s easy,”

Jaejoong shook his head, “No, Yunho, I can’t, I didn’t have a slightest attraction towards you,”

Kim Jaejoong did you know, you just made my heart bleed?

“Even the tiniest bit of emotion to me? Attraction?” I asked again, trying to find a bit of hope for me, for my 7 years of longing.

“None, Yunho.”

“Liar,” I stated, I can feel a lump in my throat, I didn’t know which is the truth or lie, but I want his statement to be a lie.

“You lied. I remember your eyes that night. I remember how you looked at me, how desperate your kisses were. I remember them all,” I continued, while actually I know, inside I’m the one who is desperate.

“So, what if my kisses are desperate? What if I looked you with want?” He yelled into my face.

I closed my eyes, trying to calm the whirpool known as my emotion.

“Then it’s enough.”

He looked at me with pure confusion. “At least you’re attracted to me. It’s okay, that’s the beginning. That is our beginning,” I explained to him.

“It’s only for your body, Yunho!” Jaejoong palmed his face, “For your body, that’s why, I can’t,”

My body? Physical attraction? At least, I have one thing you’re attracted to. “Why can’t you?”

“You’re younger than me! You are four years younger than me! All this time, I, I should have thought about you as a younger brother! Not this!”

“I don’t care about age! It’s nothing!” I told him desperately.

“But you hate me! You used to hate me so much!” Jaejoong screamed and walked away from me. “You used to hate me with passion. Ever since you were a boy, you were rude, you glared and all. But now? After you spent one night with me, you said that you love me? You want to be my lover? That’s bull shit, Yunho! Love didn’t come after one night stand!”

God, is this...? It’s still around this issue?

I can feel desperation run through my veins.

“Who ever said I hate you? Who said the love for you comes after one night?” I told him, nearly yelling.

I inhaled deeply. It’s now or never, “I have loved you for seven years, Kim Jaejoong!”

Jaejoong looked at me, disbelief written across his face.

“Ever since the first moment, Ji Hoon hyung took you to this house, I had taken a liking towards you!”

I stood before him and looked at him in the eyes, “I like that snobby, blonde haired trouble-magnet Kim Jaejoong, even with torn pants!”

“I always follow your every move. You’re so kind, considerate, a wonderful singer and a great cook! You’re so beautiful, it makes my heart ache! I never like it if you spend so much time with Ji Hoon hyung, but I can’t stay calm with you around! That’s why I always act so rude; it’s to cover my true feelings towards you!”

“You think why I left Korea for a very long time? It’s to forget you, to avoid you!” I take a breath, calming himself, I grabbed Jaejoong’s shoulders, scared that he might bolt off.

“But even miles apart, I can’t,”

“I can’t Kim Jaejoong. I can’t even forget about you.” I whispered those facts.

“Imagine my surprise when I have to be home. I haven’t finished sorting out my feelings, even after the long way from airport and suddenly there! You opened the door and stood there, as if mocking me! Mocking me, for the facts that I can’t even forget about you after all this time. Mocking me, these 7 years actually means nothing to me! Mocking me, that I still love you regardless your appearance. How am I supposed to react then? How?” I shook Jaejoong’s shoulder.

I don’t care if I sound so desperate. I don’t care what he thought of me anymore. I don’t care if I sound and look so stupid before him. I just don’t want him to think that I hate him. That’s just so absurd.

“God! We have to share rooms together! What kind of crazy trick is this? Me together with my long time crush! Do you think it’s safe? Do you think I don’t have lust? Want? I’m going crazy because of you, Kim Jaejoong! You completely drove me insane. I have you right beside me every night, but I can’t touch you! I can’t have you!” I laughed softly, like a frustrated man, because I am one.

“Can you imagine how I actually feel that night? I thought it was God’s way! He finally gave me a chance to be with you! Then you rejected me and ran away from me. You just have to break me into pieces again and again, huh, Kim Jaejoong?” I shook him once more.

“So, what is your answer, Jaejoong?” I managed to voiced that out.

I’m ready now, no more running away.

You can break me right now, or...

“Are you ready to accept me? Kim Jaejoong? This stupid, older hyung, who’s currently jobless and definitely clueless about you?” he asked slowly.

I can’t believe I hear that.

I smile at him, “Yes,” I whispered to him, “Yes!”

“Then, Jung Yunho.” Jaejoong’s hand moved to my shoulder too, “I’m all yours,”

I pulled him into a passionate kiss, instantly. I hold him in my arms and intended to love him with all my heart.

I won’t let him go. Ever.

Well, at least, I intended to do so, until two (annoying) persons barged in and ruined our quality time, by stating that my parents want to meet us.

To sum it up, yeah, everybody in the house did hear my glorious confession (as they put it). Luckily, my parents blessed us.

Unfortunately, I haven’t tell Jaejoong all of the story (truth).

“Damn,” I said, as I crumpled the note left behind by my parents. I can feel headache coming. Ji Hoon hyung left for honeymoon. I can take it. It’s normal for newlywed.

Ha Na noona left for holiday. Ok, she is like that.

But now, my parents too?! Leaving me with only Jaejoong.

“I have meetings,” Jaejoong said after fixing breakfast for him. Oh yeah, he had a meeting about his new songs.

“I have to go to a job interview too! Don’t forget to bring the key!”

“Yes!” he answered from the doorway.

Well, at least it’s not Seung Ho and Seung Gi right? Kim Jaejoong is not that hard to handle with.

Ok, God just laughed at me. This is my punishment right?

Whoever said Kim Jaejoong is not hard to handle with?

Earlier tonight, Jaejoong got home from his meeting as a drunk man who whined, giggled, laughed and whined some more. Shouldn’t he come home with joy, as someone just paid him for his new song he just wrote? But...

Why this?!

“Damn! Is- this- your way of taking – revenge?” I huffed as I dragged Jaejoong upstairs. Jaejoong chose that moment to be like a statue and deadweight, he didn’t move at all.

Jaejoong’s eyes opened suddenly and he looked at me right in my eyes. I looked at him back, “Why… hate me?” he asked with an incredible puppy eyes that makes my face warm instantly.

“Why you hate me? Why does the world hate me?” again he blinked his big eyes, making me forget where we are.

I unconsciously and stupidly let go of Jaejoong’s waist and Jaejoong chose that moment to stumble backwards. He fell and rolled on the stairs.

“Aah!!” Jaejoong yelped.

“OMO!” I yelled, as I saw Jaejoong rolled on the stairs, I ran after him immediately.

“It hurt, it hurt,” he mumbled.

“Where? Where?” I asked him worriedly, checking on him.

“Hurt, hurt,” he said again, while clutching on his back. “Uuuhhh, hurt, why are you pushing me? Do you hate me that much?”

“I don’t!! That’s why don’t move so much, when we’re – aish!” with a renowned determination, I pulled his hand and circling his arm around my neck, trying to get upstairs.

After throwing Jaejoong onto the bed, feeling accomplished. I decided to left him there, until I feel a tug at my shirt.

“Don’t leave me, please...” Jaejoong begged.

“Why?” Yunho asked.

“Just don’t,” Jaejoong already sitting right now, “Auch,” he mumbled. He let go of my shirt and decided to clutch his teddy bear.

“Is he asleep?” I asked out loud.

Then, Jaejoong’s body shook.

Oh, oh. That’s not a shook; I recognized it instantly as a sniffle!

Jaejoong’s crying, for God sake!

And it’s getting worse, I made a mental note.

I panicked.

I should just left him, however “Huuuuuuu!! HUaaaaaa!!”

The cries getting louder and I just don’t have the heart to leave him.

“Why are you crying?”

“Huaaa… why~~?” he cried harder.

I approached him and sat on the bed. “What’s wrong, why are you crying?” I wiped Jaejoong’s tears. “Why?” Jaejoong asked again between his cries.

“Why my life is so screwed up?”

I furrowed my eyebrow at this, “Why is everything I did so screw up? Why am I such a failure?” he cried again.

“It’s not. You’re not, Jae,” I said to comfort him.

“Yes, I am!” He wailed in reply; drown in self pity. “All I want is to become a singer but my parents didn’t approve it. I ran away and look at me, I never succeeded until now!”

“But-but,” I racked my brain looking for words to calm him down, “Your song! Somebody is interested in your song too, right?”

However, it only made Jaejoong cry harder. “Uwaaaaaaahhhh!!”

Ok, I definitely said something wrong.

“That song! My song! Huuuuu, they took it without credit, they took it without paying! They deceived me! Huaaaaa!!”

Who would have thought it would turn out like this. My Jaejoong certainly have gone through a lot.

“I’m a failure! Failure! Umma!! Appa! Forgive me!”

“There! There! Cry all you want, just let it out. It must be sucked to be you now,” I patted his back in an attempt to calm him down.

“All my friend have succeeded, even Ji Hoon get married and have a great life! All of the people leaving me behind.” He cried again. “I’m old now! Single! Even though I already changed my appearance, no one will look at me!”

“Even that little creep-boy! He got more successful than I am! He’s an arrogant boy, but now after returning to Korea, he can get a job in just a blink of an eye,”

Wait, is he talking about me? I frowned.

“Why does everyone hate me? My parents! The producer! That creep! The other singers!”

“I didn’t hate you and never will. Never can,” I whispered softly.

I understand now, why Jaejoong drowned himself in alcohol that night. I went to the bathroom, wetting a towel and back to the room again to find Jaejoong still weeping and mumbling “failure, failure” over and over again.

“Now, you already let your heart out right?” I sat before him, touching his face. Tilting Jaejoong’s chin so I can wipe his face, although fresh tears were still flowing.

“It’s okay, things might look so bad now. But, I believe one day you’ll be successful too. You’re trying so hard,” I smiled at him, trying to give him comfort he desperately needs right now.

“You’re a hard working person; someday you’ll get all the good things in the world.” I stopped wiping his face. “So, stop crying now, ok?”

Jaejoong looked at me with a glazed half hazed eyes. He sniffed a couple of times. I smiled at him.

Out of the blue, Jaejoong moved forward and placed his lips on mine just for a second, before pulling away again. He sniffed again, once.

I blinked once. Certainly I needed time to process that. Erm, what was that nice taste?

Jaejoong moved forward again and put his sweet lips against mine, longer this time. Making my legs jolt.

I stared at him. I believe my jaws hanging open.

When Jaejoong moved forward for the third time, I hold him by grabbing his face, despite my racing heart and bubbly feeling inside because finally I can kiss my crush, I still think this is not right. This is not how it supposed to be.

“Wa-wa-Wait!”

However, Jaejoong pushed more forcefully and pulled my face towards him. He kissed me again, with hot wet tongue involved. Despite the hotness of that kiss, SADLY I had to push him,

“Jae, Jaejoong! Listen, it’s me! Yunho, Jung Yunho!” I yelled, hoping the mention of my name can pour a little sense into his head.

”Yunho?” Jaejoong asked back.

”Yes, Yunho!”

“That little creep?”

“Uhm, somehow,” I said uncertainly.

Jaejoong moved forward again, “Your eyes are so small,” he said while grabbing my jaws and studied my appearance. His hands moved and trailed my nose, jaw, neck and chest, “Uhm… well built body, I like it,”

Jaejoong smirked sexily, which made me gulped down my saliva. I can feel blood rushed to my groin right now. My heart pump all of the blood to two places, my face and my groin.

However, Jaejoong’s sneaky hands didn’t stop there, “You have nice abs,” Jaejoong caressed my abs slowly, and OH GOD! Did he just caressed my nipple??!

I tapped Jaejoong’s back numerous times. In reply, Jaejoong plunged his tongue into my mouth and tasted the hot wet, cavern.

WOAH!! More of this, and I definitely will say goodbye to my self control and sanity.

Jaejoong laid on top of me now; he moved his body sensually, while still ravishing my lips furiously.

“Woah! Woah! Time out!” I pushed him hard, making Jaejoong sitting on my laps, ehm - groin.

“Just tell me if you need to breathe, Se-xy,” he said before he nipped my ear.

When Jaejoong made another move to kiss me, I pushed him again.

Ok, I certainly have dreamt and imagined things like this to happened between me and Jaejoong, so many times before. But, certainly no alcohol involved!!

“Woah, okay, stop!”

“Stop?” Jaejoong asked in a pleading tone, “Do you really want to stop?” He asked again as he rubbed his lower region to mine slowly, in a circular motion. Who wouldn’t get a hard on? Definitely not me.

“Uhm!” I refrained from moaning. “Yes, we have to—uhm, stop…” I said with the last bit of my self control.

“But this,” Jaejoong said as he bounced a little, “Doesn’t look like it wants to stop,”

“Yeah, Uhm~~~! That’s my problem, but…”

“Then continue,” Jaejoong said in a teasing voice. He grabbed my shirt and pulled me up into a passionate kiss. Our lips parted and tongues met in a furious battle. Again and again, as we continued, Jaejoong pushed our bodies to lie on the bed.

OK, good bye sanity and self control. This is just too sweet of a sin to be skipped. I thought as I flipped our position while kissing him wholeheartedly.

I’m not a saint whatsoever to begin with, you can’t just expect me to leave my long time crush who had seduced me and making me hard.

After taking a long cold shower, I walked out and taking in the sight before me. The bed is in disorder. Shirts thrown carelessly, either mine or his. Jaejoong was sleeping half naked on the bed. His body glistened. His hair tousled, lips red, with several love bites. It certainly looked like he just had mind blowing sex. I wish...

I approached his sleeping form and look at him intensely.

“I love you Kim Jaejoong,” I stated.

“I love you too much I can’t let you go. I want you desperately,”

I laid myself beside him and I pulled his body closed to mine.

I spent the night setting up a plan, to make him mine.

I watched him from a safe distance; he should be awake any minute now. I had practised what I should say to him right after he’s awake. All I have to do is to make him believe that we had mind blowing sex yesterday and convinced him into a relationship with me.

It’s supposed to be easy. However, something at the back of my mind, told me to reconsider things.

“Unghhh,” he stirred from his sleep.

Ok, no time to think it over, just do it!

“Damn, I need water,” he muttered.

I took a glass of water from the table and handed it to him. I waited until he gulped down all of the content, and took the empty glass and put it on the table. I leaned on the table, crossing my arms, waiting for him to realize the surroundings or at least to notice me.

“Why are you here, glaring at me with only boxers on?” he finally said.

“If you feel so uncomfortable to see me like this, than you better cover yourself first,” I answered, pointing his body. “You also made me uncomfortable,” I managed to sound so calm.

Jaejoong took a look at himself. He gasped and quickly pulled a blanket and throws it over himself; wrapping it around his body.

Jaejoong’s breath a bit erratic now, he glared at one person. “What are you doing here?”

I flinched at the tone he used, he shouldn’t be that harsh. Jaejoong tried to stand up to approached me, however…

“Auch,” he quickly sat again. “My back, it hurt,”

Ah, so I guessed right. Last night, after I plotted a plan, I stripped him from his boxer and found a bruise on his back. It must be because of the fall. It’s not too obvious but I thought it will be painful.

Jaejoong looked at his surroundings, his shirt was thrown carelessly and some clothes he never recognized are scattered around.

“I think you need to take a deep breath first,” I said in a serious tone, I walked towards the bed to calm him down.

Actually, I did all of it in purpose, so he can see the marks he left on my neck and chest. He quickly looked at himself under the cover, and gasped.

I do believe right now, he’s making his own assumption. Right now, all I had to do is to give an explanation and give him the offer. Just like my scenario.

However, I didn’t calculate the fierce glare Jaejoong throw at me, and...

“YAH!!! JUNG YUNHO!!” he yelled, and Kim Jaejoong head-butted me.

Describe how you imagine your ideal family in the future!

I stared at the paper blankly. Why does the teacher like to make us imagine things we haven’t thought about?

I scratched my head, trying to think of something.

Hmmm.,,

I mouthed the tip of my pencil. Closing my eyes and trying to think of a family. Family. Children. Wife. Person you want to spend your entire life with.

A quite real image flash before my eyes.

I snapped open my eyes and shook my head forcefully. Not him, please!

Think of someone. With… Black hair! Long hair to be precise. An image start to formed inside my head.

Hmm, that’s something entirely not Jaejoong.

With big eyes, pink lips, fair creamy skin.

…..

Ok, whatever. I’ll just write it.

After one hour of writing, my umma called me, she said that dinner’s ready. “One minute, umma!” I yelled back. I took one last glance at my paper, feeling accomplished. I ran downstairs, even from upstairs I can smell the nice aroma of, “Kimchi-jigae!” I yelled in delight.

I quickly took a sit and eat the food in pure happiness.

“Hey, Yunho-ah, is it good?”

I only nodded in reply, since I stuffed too much food inside my mouth.

“Oh, I knew it, Jaejoong is really something,” my mother said, I eyed her curiously, wondering what are they talking about.

“Hey, Ha Na also liked Jigae very much, you can teach her to cook this super tasty Jigae. Come on, Jaejoong will you be my son in law?” my mother continued.

I choked at that. For several reasons.

I coughed again and again. I gulped down a glass of water. “He-he’s the one who made this?” I managed to ask.

“Yes, Yunho-ah…”

I froze, “Your food almost killed me,”

Sometimes, I wondered just how many times you can actually saying something entirely different from your true intention, because I had done that too many times, with him around.

I headed to my room, locked the door, walked to my desk and took a look at my essay.

“In the future, I want to have a happy family, consist of my wife, and many children around. I preferred daughters though.

I don’t need a beautiful or smart wife (as long as she can gave me pretty daughters). What I want is that she has to be someone who’s kind-hearted and warm. She has to be a great cook, so I can ask her to cook for me whenever I want. Additionally, she has to be someone who is attentive of me and our children.

It will be better, if my family loves her.”

“Haaa~” I sighed heavily. Someone really fit this. I sighed again, when I thought of that someone as my brother in law.

Over the time, I managed to name my feelings towards Kim Jaejoong. After I graduated from elementary school, I know I like Kim Jaejoong. After 2 years in Junior High, I realized it’s not like or crush anymore… I love Kim Jaejoong.

By the time, the feeling isn’t weakening; in fact it gets stronger by every second. Every minute, every time I saw him, every time I interact with him, it gets stronger and stronger.

I knew if I stayed like this, if I stayed near Jaejoong after I graduated from Senior High I will be obsessed with him. I don’t want it to happen. It’s not healthy for me and certainly not right and fair at all for Jaejoong.

That’s why, several months before I graduated, I had decided and announced: I will study abroad, to avoid Kim Jaejoong.

To kill this feelings.

It’s not easy at all. No it never was. Even after separated by the oceans, by miles apart, it was not easy to forget Kim Jaejoong. I found it hard to believe that I can’t forget Kim Jaejoong. Now I know, somethings are just meant to be engraved deeply in your heart and mind. Kim Jaejoong is one of those some things, in my case.

I studied hard, so I won’t have free time to think about someone who’s miles away from me.

When holiday comes, I won’t come home, to avoid any chance of meeting him.

I tried hard not to ask anything about him, when my parents called or when I replied Ji Hoon hyung’s email. Really, I tried.

“So umma, how’s the thing going on there?” I asked, smiling while talking over the phone with my umma.

“It’s fine; however, things still aren’t the same without you around us. It’s two years already, however I still can’t get used to it…”

“I heard Ha Na had delivered a baby?”

“Yeah, she had. Now, I have a cute grandson named Yoo Seung Ho!”

“Yoo Seung Ho?” I asked, confused.

“Yah! Yunho, I know you’re not here in Ha Na’s marriage, but at least bear in mind her husband’s family name!” Umma scolded me right away.

“Ohhh…” is all I can manage.

“You can’t even go home in her wedding, what kind of brother are you? Luckily we have Jaejoong here… He helps us from the marriage until now… Such a kind boy he is…”

My heart race at the mention of his name, “Ja-Jaejoong?” It feels so wonderful to mention his name again. It rolled automatically from my tongue and tasted so sweet, So, he’s still around?

“Yeah, Jaejoong, don’t tell me you suddenly forgot who Jaejoong is,”

“Hahaha,” I laughed awkwardly, how nice if it actually happens...

When umma explained about Jaejoong’s role on Ha Na’s marriage and his help in Seung Ho’s birth, I can’t say a word. I only imagined all of that in my head and perhaps, by doing so, I had engraved him more deeply.

“Oh my, what a coincidence, he’s here!”

“Wha-what?” I stammered at the sudden announcement.

“Jaejoong, what brought you here?” I heard my mother talking to a person.

“Ji Hoon asked me to drop this book here…”

His voice still as smooth as ever, I can even picture his smile as he said all this.

“Guess who I’m talking with?” my mother asked him with excitement.

“Who, aunty?” He asked, his voice sounds clearer and closer by now, which make my heart race again. “Um-umma, don’t tell me, yo-”

“It’s Yunho! Don’t you want to talk to him?”

“But- I”

“Come on, we were just talking about you seconds ago…”

No, no, no!

Just like that, me, the Great Jung Yunho chose to hang up the phone.

“I need a lover,” I said suddenly to Yoochun, another Korean I know here. We met on our first days in university. Yoochun has a nice and outgoing personality; we connected to each other quickly. After that, although we’re from different faculty; Yoochun is majoring in music, we always hang around each other.

“What’s wrong with you? I thought you don’t need anyone…” Yoochun chuckled.

“Damn you, of course everyone needs another person,” I sighed heavily.

“So, what do you want?”

“Help me with this, you’re an expert in love right?” Yoochun smirked instantly, “You asked the right person, kid. So, what do you want? A girl or a boy?”

“Why are you asking?”

“Because you radiated the “I’m bi” aura,” his hand moved extravagantly, “Now, just answer it.”

I frowned at that, “I never know. Perhaps, we should try with a girl,”

After various tries out with numerous girls, months after that, Yoochun suddenly came to me, “So, Liu Wen how is she?”

I made an “X” movement showing that I’m not with her anymore, it made Yoochun scowled.

“It is okay if I started to ask for your preference by now right?” he asked so casually.

I choked on the cola, however after some time, I nodded. “I guess so,”

They stayed in silent after that, drown in their own thought.

“Hey,” Yoochun called, breaking the silence, “Do you realize you always choose a girl who looks like a rebel with big eyes, pointed nose and white skin? And all of them somehow like to pout,”

After my jaw dropped, Yoochun shrugged, “Just so you know,”

“Why must I-?” I asked over the phone.

“Because this is MY marriage, and I AM YOUR BROTHER,” Ji Hoon hyung emphasized once again.

“But, I-”

“You just graduated few weeks ago. Don’t give me another reason!” Ji Hoon said, “For God sake, Yunho, you never came home for seven years! SEVEN YEARS! You. Can’t. Missed. My. Wedding,” Ji Hoon hyung threatened with finality, before he hung up.

So, yeah, because I’m such a good younger brother, finally, I decided to board the plane heading home. Rather than thinking about my future sister in law; what she would look like, is she really in love with my brother or– uhm- what’s her name again? I constantly think about a certain someone with big doe eyes, creamy white skin, blonde hair and the ways to avoid him, since I’m 100% sure, he’s still around. Somehow.

I paid the taxi fare and took my bags towards the building I once called home. It’s still my home, but- who’s getting so nervous when they came home?

I pressed the bell, while waiting I took a deep breath and prepared a smile for my family.

The door opened revealing a person with black hair and big doe eyes, who stared right into my eyes.

Wait I know those eyes...

“JAEJOONG!!! Is it really him?”

However before I can say anything, I felt something glomped onto me and I laughed as I realized that something turned out to be my one and only sister. I laughed as my mom pulled my hand and dragged me inside. They’re still just like before.

He changed, I thought as I looked at him.

“Introduce yourself to these little dudes here!” my dad commanded me, as he pointed to two little devil boys, who is now currently hugging his legs. I smiled as the older boy threw a smart remark, and hugged them, “Hi, I’m your uncle, Yunho!”

I smiled again when I looked up, I hugged my dad, who whispered, “Welcome back, son! We miss you!”

When I hugged Ha Na noona, she gave me a sloppy kiss in return at my cheek. As I made a disgusting sound, she hit my back and we laughed again.

“Hyung,” I said, he immediately introduced me to the girl beside him, who I presumed as, “My fiance, Hyo Joo,” he said proudly. Oh, yeah. Hyo Joo. I smiled at her and proceeded to my mother, whose eyes glistened by now, “My umma!” I said, “Why are you crying?” I whispered.

“Because I have a stupid son,”

I laughed again and proceeded to the next person, who had approached me and...

My (ultraman) alarm activated immediately. “Okay, let’s eat everyone!” I announced, while heading to the chair.

Okay, step one completed.

I praised myself inside, for not losing control and staring openly at Jaejoong. In fact, I had acted as if he’s not here.

“Yunho!”

I didn’t need to turn around to realize whose voice is that, Speak of the devil. I took a really deep breath before looking back at Jaejoong.

He stuttered. I notice, since when did he stuttered? He used to be so confident.

Jaejoong scratched his scalp, making his hair a little bit messy, a habit he had when he’s nervous. The current black hair fits him too. It contrasted nicely with his white skin.

Oh God, he’s still cute. I eyed his movements. His tousled hair makes him looks so…

“You what, Kim Jaejoong? Continue, quickly!” I said, since I want to be away from him as soon as possible. Don’t make it harder for me.

“We share a room!” Jaejoong said.

SAYWHAAATT?

God, I want to be away from this man. That’s my prayer I chanted since I board the plane, but now, God must be joking with me. He’s not only around permanently, but we also share a room!

I have to give my parents a piece of my sick mind.

“Ok, I won’t sleep there! I will sleep here, on the sofa. Don’t blame them, please!” Jaejoong beg.

“Suit yourself,” as long as we’re not in a room.

“But this sofa is so hard,” I heard Jaejoong’s voice again.

I stayed silent, while I heard every curses coming from that mouth. I watched him from the stairs, since I can’t fall asleep even though I tried.

I know, I’m cruel to let him be like that. And I regretted it, that’s why I was down here; I want to ask him to go upstairs. However, when I reached the stairs, I heard him talking to himself, or more like cursing me…

So I wait here. After a few minutes with no sounds coming from the living room, I tiptoed towards the sofa. From the constant rise and down of his body, I know he’s asleep already.

I watched his sleeping face for a while, and realized the only thing changed about him is his hair.

However, he’s still as gorgeous as ever with dark hair like that.

“What are you, Kim Jaejoong?” I whispered, “What spell had you chanted over me?”

After realized that I had watched him sleep for too long, I tried to carry him to the bedroom. I gasped as I realize how heavy he is (despite his look),

“This gonna be hard,” I muttered.

I stretched my body. I can’t sleep the night before, yeah let’s blame one certain person for that. After taking a long nap with jetlag as the reason, I decided it’s time to wake up and head downstairs.

I almost missed a step, because of the scene that greeted me.

After some time and Jaejoong is not around anymore, I realized I was just daydreaming. Dreaming of an ideal future family, with Jaejoong as a set.

Why can’t I just have you as my wife from the beginning?

I can’t sleep again. I turned around slowly and I can see his face up close. He sleeps on his stomach.

He still is beautiful, even with frown decorating his sleeping face. Is it because of the tease I threw at him earlier?

Somehow I was hoping that Jaejoong will look at me and like me. I didn’t know from which I had the courage to tease him like that. Especially, about not attacking someone when they’re asleep.

Those precautions should be addressed to Jaejoong, he looked so pretty and cute at the same time, when he’s asleep.

I stroked his bang and touched his cheek softly.

“It’s suppose to be a sin to be this beautiful,”

Finally, the day had arrived. The event everyone waited.

In my point of view, Hyung’s wedding is a blast. Ji Hoon hyung looked so handsome with that well tailored suit and Hyo Joo’s white dress made her look so pretty. They look like a perfect couple.

The church was decorated prettily with roses everywhere. The reception held in a small garden with musical group playing sweet melodies at the corner. Especially, when Jaejoong decided to sing. God, his voice is really wonderful. I wonder why he had not become a successful singer or song writer, despite all of his effort to become one. He had all the talent and look people looking for.

I totally enjoy every minute of it. However, I decided I can’t enjoy it anymore when my considerate parents started introducing girls to me and told me to dance with them.

Starting from the shy Sun Mi who is 4 years younger than me.

To the awkward lady, Soo Bin who can stand 15 minutes of silent.

Next is, the almost perfect lady, Kim Mi Na, who is so sweet and all, but I just don’t like her in that way.

After the fifth girls, I decided it was enough and I should run away from my parent’s torture. I found the perfect camouflage in no time. Sitting alone in a corner. I took his hand and quickly dragged him to the dance floor, before my father pushes another girl towards me.

I ignored his protest, when can I have this kind of chance again? Dancing with the one and only Kim Jaejoong, who looks so handsome and pretty at the same time.

“Done using me? I’m dead tired, let me go,”

In the back of my mind, I felt sorry for using him like this; however, I can’t help but notice his last sentence. Let me go.

I can’t. He didn’t know how far my effort is to let him go.

“No, I won’t. I can’t,” I answered truthfully, with many meanings behind those sentences.

“Don’t you hate me? Since you were a child?” Jaejoong asked bitterly.

Did I heard right? Hate him? Since when? How can I? How can he think so?

“I didn’t hate you,” I answered after contemplating on my answer, all the while still hold him and danced with him.

“You didn’t?” Jaejoong widened his eyes in a mock-surprise, “Wow, that’s a revelation to me,”

“Really, I didn’t,” I said seriously.

“Then, what should I call it? You always glared at me, being rude and harsh to me,”

“I did?” I chuckled a little.

It seemed my slips off from my childhood days already planted a firm image inside of Jaejoong.

“Yes, you totally did,” Jaejoong moved back a little and moved forward again, “Don’t act so innocent right now. It’s years too late, you’re already guilty in my eyes,”

Am I really too late?

“Sorry,” I said, and really mean it. I looked in his eyes, so that he can receive the meaning of those words and perhaps something more.

“Why did you do that then? If you didn’t hate me,”

I love you, Kim Jaejoong! I never hate you. All I want is you. After 7 years of seperation, now it’s all crystal clear.

How I wanted to answer his question with that. But, it will be a mental break down for the other.

When the song came to an end, I told him, “Its complex. Really, it’s really complicated,”

Hoping it will be an adequate explanation, at least for now.

Do you still think it is normal, if I remember that the very first time I ever saw him was actually on 5 August 1999?

I remember that his hair was blonde and tousled. He used the same uniform as my brother’s, however rather than a smooth shirt and pants, he wore torn pants, with this super big silver chain connected to his pocket. He slung his black bag carelessly and while he greeted and smiled to my parents, he already stole my attention. When he finally looked at me and say, “Hi, you must be Ji Hoon’s little brother, Yunho! I’m Jaejoong,”

My mind went blank, and I said, “Your hair looks like a mast of spider web made from sand, do you feel comfortable with that?”

He visits again. It’s four times in a row this week. The glass from my hand almost slipped when I heard his voice talking with my father.

I turned around when he entered the kitchen with my brother.

“Home already, Yun? What about your soccer practice?” Hyung asked me.

“Hi, bad boy,” I slapped my self mentally for saying yet another thing before thinking.

“Just tequila please,” Jaejoong answered and blinked his big eyes innocently when my brother gave him a pointed look, “This is not a bar,”

“We only have vodka,” hyung continued, and they laughed together.

I scowled watching the whole scene of Hyung ruffled his blonde hair. Unknown emotion was boiling inside of me.

“Tell umma, we’re studying in our room, ok?”

I nodded a little while still looking at Jaejoong silently.

“Where are they?” Umma entered the kitchen few minutes later.

“They’re studying in hyung’s room,”

“Tell them to eat first, ok Yunnie?”

I nodded and headed for Hyung’s room. However, before I pushed it open like I used to, I heard them talking.

“He’s still in the elementary school, Jae,” It was my hyung’s voice, Are they talking about me?, I decided to eavesdrop and watch from the creak that slightly open door provided.

“He’s not used to seeing someone of my age and definitely not used to seeing something...”

I watched Hyung checking out Jaejoong, somehow I didn’t like it: how Jaejoong received that kind of stare, even from my own hyung. Jaejoong finally sat beside my hyung, he grinned. I swore, I had never seen a person looked so good, when they were smiling, grinning, blinking stupidly, smirking or even pouting just lik-

I jumped in surprise at that, I decided to open the door to avoid my brother’s wrath, he can do nasty punishment when he’s angry, just because he’s four years older than me, and a lot stronger too.

“What are you doing?” hyung asked, I frowned at the closeness of Ji Hoon hyung and Jaejoong.

Admiring Jaejoong, I answered honestly inside. But, what kind of answer was that, I scowled at my own stupidity.

“Umma asked if you guys want to eat first,”

I chose to answer question A with answer B, rather than spilling the surprising activity I had been doing from behind the door.

“Hey, what are you guys doing?” I asked my friend as they crowded in the corner of the classroom.

“Hey, Yunho,” my friend Kangin, waved at me, signalling for me to come and join them.

“What’s up?” I asked after I joined.

“We’re discussing about a few things,” Lee Han stated, he smiled, “We’re asking, who your crush is,”

“Huh?” I looked at them with confusion, “For what?”

“Nothing, just to be fair to each other. Don’t you want to know?”

I shook my head.

“Don’t you have one?” Siwon asked me, I shook my head again.

“Think first,” Kangin said, “Someone you like, a girl you found attractive in our class?”

After a few minutes of thinking, I shook my head again. The three sighed after that, “Ok, let’s just continue and ignore this idiot,”

“Hey,” I punched Kangin’s shoulder.

“Start with me,” Lee said, “I think, I like Lee Yo Won,”

“Yo Won? The class representative?” Kangin asked in disbelief.

“Yeah, her. Why?”

“But she’s so bossy! Uh I don’t like her at all,”

“Hey, we’re not judging each other ok,” Siwon reminded him, “So, what about you?” he asked Kangin.

“I like Taeyeon,” Kangin announced confidently.

“Really? But I think she likes Siwonnie,” Lee Han stated a matter of fact, partly to irritate Kangin.

“Why you think so?” Kangin raised his voice.

“Well, it’s easy. She looked at Siwon non-stop in class. She had this dreamy look whenever she looked at him,”

I widened my eyes at Lee Han’s explanation. Say what?

“I don’t believe you,” Kangin sulked all of the sudden.

“It’s okay, Kangin,” Siwon smiled, “Even if it’s true, I don’t like her at all,”

“You don’t?” Kangin beamed.

“Yeah, I don’t, I like someone else,”

“Hey, wa-wait!”

“What Ho?” they asked in unison, clearly annoyed I interrupted their precious gossiping time.

“How—how do you know that you actually like someone?” I stuttered.

“It’s easy! I feel happy, whenever I’m around Yo won,”

“Or when you’re ordered around by her,” Kangin added Lee Han’s statement, grinning, “I can’t stop staring at Taeyeon, you know. Like whenever we’re at the same room, I can’t help but looking at her,”

“You also will have this urge to tease and touch her too. You’ll be really happy receiving something from her and treasure it,” Siwon added, “Well, at least I did,” he shrugged.

While Kangin forced Siwon to spill the girl’s name, I turned into a deaf ear to their conversation, as I thought and somehow found few similarities from their explanation to my current situation.

Can’t stop staring at someone?

Kim Jaejoong’s face flashed before my eyes.

“Who is your crush?” Kangin asked once again.

“I don’t want to tell,” Siwon said stubbornly.

“But we told you ours,” Lee Han said.

“Fine, I won’t mention the name, but I think I like her ever since the day she gave me a handkerchief when my nose bleeded after a soccer ball hit my face,”

“Oh...” Lee Han and Kangin nodded. Siwon skipped to the door, when suddenly Kangin yelled, “Hey, wasn’t it Heechul who helped you at that time?”

“Did I even mention a name?” Siwon said, before he smiled mysteriously and ran away.

“Aish, he ran before we know the truth,” Lee Han sighed.

“And what’s wrong with Heechul?” I asked.

“Ho? Are you serious?” Kangin laughed. “Heechul is a boy!”

“And?” I asked again, dumbfounded.

“It’s wrong and disgusting!”

I kept thinking about my friend’s testimony and comments on my way home. However, even after my head ached, I still can’t figure it out.

What is this feeling I had for Jaejoong?

It must be different right?

Why did they say it’s wrong if it’s a boy?

Just like what I had known, I’m not a good thinker on things like this, even after I reached my house I couldn’t figure out an answer. I opened the door silently, and then I saw a pair of familiar colorful sneakers.

“Jaejoong’s coming again?” I asked my umma, who’s nodding as a reply, however she didn’t tear her eyes from the television screen. “Doesn’t he have a house?” I asked cynically, covering my bubbly feelings.

“Yah! I heard that brat!”

I gulped as I instantly recognized the voice. “Yah, Yunho, be nicer to Jaejoong,” Ji Hoon advised.

“I’m actually here to give you this, you know,” Jaejoong approached me and handed a red truck to me.

“So, do you like it?” he asked after watching me for a while, since I didn’t show any emotion.

“This is just something cheap from the market,” I said after I observed it. From the corner of my eyes, I can see Jaejoong’s shocked expression (again, his eyes are really pretty when they’re widened like that, hehe) and my brother’s left eye starting to twitch.

“Yah! Yunho!” my brother yelled. I touched the spot he had slapped and pouted at him. Before he had the chance to lecture me, I ran to my room and after locking the door, I looked at red truck once again and a wide smile decorating my face.

It’s already dark outside when Jaejoong said he would head home. I eyed him from the stairs, as he thanked my mother for the dinner.

I looked at the dark sky from the window, the trees were being blown harshly by the strong wind and I furrowed my eyebrows instantly.

He’s really going home?

I watched Jaejoong laughing and talking with Ha Na noona and Ji Hoon hyung.

How dense are my brother and sister?

I scooted closer to my father, “Appa, the weather is really bad outside, and it’s 9 PM already,”

“Really?” My father looked outside and instantly suggested for Jaejoong to have a sleepover since tomorrow is Sunday anyway.

After one sleepover at the weekend, it multiplied in no time. Jaejoong had a sleepover quite frequently now. My parents even considered him as one of their children by now. It’s not that I’m complaining. It actually made me see him frequently and made me see more sides of him.

Regardless of his appearance and what people thought of him, Jaejoong is actually a really warm, kind hearted and cute persona.

I sat calmly at the dining table, although it’s only ten minutes away before my practice began. I’m waiting for it to happen again today.

“I’m still sleepy,” Jaejoong said when he entered the dining room, still in his pajamas.

He yawned and ruffled his own hair, making his blonde hair even messier.

Cute…

I continued to look at him while munching my bread. Do that cute I-just-got-out-of-bed expression and pout again please!

However, instead of answering my prayer, Jaejoong looked at me pointedly.

“Why are you glaring at me this early in the morning Yunho?”

Who’s glaring? I didn’t glare at you, pabo!

I clicked my tongue and ran out of there in a hurry, muttering “I’ll be late for the soccer practice,” however, I didn’t expect Jaejoong to trail me.

“You have soccer practice on Sunday?”

I was sitting to put on the shoes, when I heard his voice. The black sport shoes slipped from my hand, I looked at him, who’s standing behind me, watching me curiously.

“Yes, Jaejoong. Didn’t I just say that earlier?” I said, looking at his big wonderful eyes while wearing my shoes.

“Why are you always calling me Jaejoong?”

“Because I want to,”

“Call me Hyung, or Jae-hyung!”

“No way,” You’re not my hyung! I don’t want you to be one either.

“Not cute at all,” he crossed his arms and huffed in response.

I ran out of the room in a hurry while Jaejoong looked at the heap of the shoes.

“He wants me to call him Hyung?” I grumbled as I ran. “Not in a million years!”

“Calling him hyung will only remind me that he’s much older than me and –”

“Oy!!! YUNHO!!”

I stopped once I heard his voice.

“You wore the wrong shoe!” I looked down at my shoes and blushed instantly.

How stupid of me!

Jaejoong laughed at my reaction. “Here, change it!” he handed me my black soccer shoe. I changed in silence, I couldn’t even look at his face, and somehow I could still hear him chuckling. So embarrassing!

“See, I already act like a hyung to you, now you should call me Hyung!”

I shoved the white shoe in his hand, “Thank you, Jae-joong!” I emphasized the Jaejoong part purposely.

After unlocking the door, I ran inside my house, “Umma! Umma!”

The living room was empty; I ran to the kitchen and saw a note put on the fridge,

Going out, shopping with Ha Na.

“Great…” I muttered, while my stomach rumbling.

“Hyung!” I called. Running out of the kitchen and trying to find my hyung and asked him to treat me jajangmyun.

“Ji Hoon hyung!” I yelled again, as I pushed open his room (if he’s really in here, he will slap my head again). “Hyu-” I stopped immediately when I saw a sleeping figure, who is definitely not my hyung.

It’s Jaejoong.

He’s sleeping in my hyung’s room, with no trace of Hyung around.

He’s sleeping alone.

Alone.

That single word echoed in my head again and again.

I slowly looked around to make sure no one’s home. After that, out of curiosity (and definitely something more) I tiptoed towards him.

He lied on his back and by the way his chest rising and falling softly, he looked like being deep in slumber.

After I’m close enough, I watched his sleeping face closely. My heart is thumping like crazy by now.

OMO, he’s so cute!

Although his big eyes are closed now, he still looks so pretty. He’s wearing the school uniform; however some of the shirt’s first buttons are undone, showing his white creamy skin. My hands itched; I really wanted to touch it. However, I refrained myself from doing so; he might wake up any second. I scooted closer and unconsciously took a deep breath as I was too nervous.

I can smell him. His scent

His blonde bang covered his face and his pink lips are slightly opened looking somewhat so edible. I closed my mouth and gulped down at my stupid thought.

How can I think of something like that! I screamed inside my head, however as much as I ordered my eyes not to stare. I continued to stare at his lips.

“Nnggh,” he mumbled and moved a little so he’s lying on his side now.

I bited my lips, contradicting.

Just a little bit.

No, I shouldn’t.

Argh, a little bit, won’t hurt.

I stretched my hand; my thumb is a few inches from Jaejoong’s lips. I swear I can hear the sound of my heart bumping. It’s really loud.

Can Jaejoong hear it with me being this close?

After my fingertips touched Jaejoong’s lips and I moved it a little to feel the softness, somehow I felt electricity running down my body. I gasped and pulled my hand back that instant.

I watched him again, I want something more.

Slowly, I brought my face closer to him. I can feel his breath near me.

Right now, I think my heart may explode.

I pecked his lips quickly and I pulled away. I can feel heat, not just in my face but in all of my body.

“Hmmm,” he mumbled again and stirred up from his sleep.

He’s awake! He realized. I’m doom!

I ran out from the room. In the hurry I didn’t see my hyung’s shirt laying oh-so-innocently on the floor, I stepped on it and fall forwards, face first.

Or more like nose first.

I covered my nose. It’s really hurt.

“Yunho?” Jaejoong asked with this hoarse voice of him. “What’s wrong?” he approached me.

I scooted back a little from his touch. “What’s wrong with your nose?” he asked and he screamed instantly, panicked after seeing the red fluid flowing between my fingers. Truthfully, I didn’t know what caused the nosebleed.

I feel guilty.

Unlike other people out there, I do feel guilty after doing something like that to Jaejoong, even though it’s still a secret. He even helped me after that.

I feel disgusted at one of my friends who likes to use and blow (and even licks) his crushes’ flutes secretly when he thought nobody is around. I pity him.

But now, I pity myself. I had degraded that low.

I had gawk on Jaejoong. Smelling him. Touching him. And to top it off, kissed him on the lips. All of these, while he’s still asleep.

What’s even worse, deep inside me, I know, I kind of want to do that again.

The sun rays reached Jaejoong’s closed eyes.

He tried to block it, but to no avail he had to wake up.

“Unghhh,” he grasped his head, it feels like it’s going to split into two. It feels like a hangover.

Oh, I did drink last night, he realized.

“Damn,” he muttered. “I need water,” he said while still closing his eyes.

A glass of water is handed to him.

He took it, lifting his upper body and supporting his weight with his right hand, while drinking.

After that, someone took the empty glass, which made him realize someone’s here with him. He turned around and laid on his back, cracked open his eye, and see someone standing.

He opened both of his eyes to get a better view, and he looked at Yunho standing there. With arms crossed serious face and again, glaring at him.

Jaejoong furrowed his eyebrows, “Why are you here, glaring at me with only boxers on?”

“If you feel so uncomfortable to see me like this, than you better cover yourself first,” Yunho announced, pointing Jae’s body. “You also made me uncomfortable,”

Jaejoong take a look at himself. And he saw his own member, without any cover.

“Huh!” He gasped and quickly pulled a blanket and throws it over himself; he used it around his body.

Jaejoong’s breath a bit erratic now, he glared at one person. “What are you doing here?”

Yunho flinched at the tone Jaejoong’s using. Jaejoong tried to stand up to approached him, however…

“Auch,” he quickly sits again. “My back, its hurt,”

He looked at his surroundings, his shirt is thrown carelessly and some clothes he never recognized are scattered around. He looked at Yunho once again.

“I think you need to take a deep breath first,” Yunho said, he walked to the bed.

From this quite close distance, Jaejoong can see that, Yunho has several bite and red marks on his neck and chest. He quickly looks at himself under the cover, and found three love-bites on his chest.

He’s naked, with another almost naked man in a room.

Their clothes scattered all over the place.

They had love bites.

His back is hurting.

That only leads to one answer…

“YAH!!! JUNG YUNHO!!” he yelled, and head-butted the said man.

“Come again?” Jaejoong asked, as he clutched his black hair desperately.

“I said, it’s YOU, who initiated all the kisses and dirty talks,” Yunho said, he used tissue in his nose, because rather than head-butt him Jaejoong had wrongly targeted his nose.

“No! No! NO, NO, NO!!” Jaejoong yelled, “It can’t be,”

“It can be, you’re drunk last night,”

“No! No!” Jaejoong bumped his head to the table over and over again.

“Stop it, you will damaged your brain,” Yunho said pointedly.

“You!” Jaejoong angrily shouted, “You are not drunk! You should have stopped all of that!”

Yunho looked at Jaejoong, “I can’t,”

“You can’t??! Of course you can,”

“I can’t, you seduced me,”

“I’m what?”

“You. Seduced. Me,” Yunho emphasized each word. “In fact, you did quite a great job. I’m turned on instantly and then we-“

“Save the detail, save the detail!” Jaejoong cut.

“It’s quite beautiful actually,” Yunho choose to continue, “And, how should I put it? Oh, passionate,”

“You’re enjoying this, aren’t you?” Jaejoong gritted his teeth.

“Yes,” Yunho admitted instantly.

“I ordered you, Jung Yunho,” Jaejoong stands up from the chair, “To forget about all this,”

It’s Yunho’s turn to freeze now.

Jaejoong walks away.

Yunho immediately catch his shoulder and turned him around, “I won’t and I can’t,”

“It’s simple, Yunho. Close your eyes. Concentrate. Order your brain to forget, then, ta-da your forgot, as simple as that,”

“DON”T BE RIDICULOUS! I bet you can’t forget this after a long time too!”

“Maybe not in a week or in a month! But I surely can’t!”

Yunho’s grip on Jaejoong’s shoulder tighten.

“Aww, Yunho!”

“I don’t want you to forget,” Yunho said as he looked at Jaejoong.

“Then what?” Jaejoong laughed mockingly, “You want us to get married or something? For God sake, Yunho! We’re both males!”

“Yes,” Yunho answered, determine.

“Yes, I do want to responsible over this occurrence. In fact, it was partly my fault,”

“Responsible?! In what form?! I can’t pregnant, you should be relieved and don’t repeat this again!”

“I know you can’t. But I want to be responsible,”

“I want to be your lover from now on. I want to be your partner, your husband, Jaejoong,”

Jaejoong stays still, he believe that the world also stood still right that second.

The door creaked open to revealed Seung Ho. Jaejoong sighed in relieve.

“Is uncle Yunho home?”

Seung Ho shook his head silently.

“Great,” Jaejoong said and head for the stairs.

“What is great?” Yunho asked back.

Jaejoong jumped in surprise, “Yunho, you scared me! For how long you had been standing there?”

“Not so long,” Yunho hand a lollipop to Seung Ho and patted his head. “Go to your grandma,” Seung Ho runs into the living room happily.

“Yunho!” Jaejoong is scandalized as he witnessed the bribery action.

“It was needed.”

“It was not!”

“I want to talk to you!”

“About what? There’s nothing to talk about between us!”

“It is about us!” Yunho come closer to Jaejoong, “It had almost been a month, and you’re acting like this. And suddenly, you’re moving. You don’t even tell us where you live now, you only visit once every week and you purposely making it the time I wasn’t home. However, sorry, it’s over Jae. Your brilliant tricks are not working anymore,”

Jaejoong sighed; he knew he can’t avoid Yunho forever, especially not after that “accident”.

“What do you want, Yunho?” Jaejoong head to his room, a room used to be his.

“For us to talk,”

“We’re talking right now,”

“Not like this,”

“Then like what?” Jaejoong entered the said room, heading for the bookshelves, searching for a particular red portfolio.

“You’re not even looking at me!” Yunho yelled while pulling Jaejoong’s shoulder.

Jaejoong sighed in defeat, it seems that all he can do nowadays.

Why are you making this hard, Yunho?

If you just stay silent and forgot that we had sex, we can continue to live like we use to.

You’re making this far more complicated.

“Fine, what?” he asked as he looked at Yunho’s cheek, he still can’t bring himself to look at Yunho’s eyes after he left this house; rejecting Yunho’s proposal.

“Where do you live now?” Yunho asked.

“A friend’s apartment,”

“Working on a new song, that’s why I need this,” Jaejoong waved the red portfolio.

From this close, Jaejoong’s realized that Yunho had eye bags now. What’s wrong?

“Then start,”

Jaejoong shook his head, “No, Yunho, I can’t, I didn’t have a slightest attraction towards you,”

Liar! Liar! He kept screaming inside his head.

Yunho inhaled deeply.

“I had loved you for seven years, Kim Jaejoong!” he yelled the surprising fact suddenly.

“Ever since the first moment, Ji Hoon hyung take you to this house, I had taken a liking towards you!”

Yunho take a quick steps and he stand before Jaejoong.

“I like that snooby, blonde haired trouble-magnet Kim Jaejoong, even with torn pants!”

“You think why I left Korea for a very long time? It’s to forget you, to avoid you!” Yunho take a breath, calming himself, he grabbed Jaejoong’s shoulders.

“But even miles apart, I can’t Kim Jaejoong. I can’t even forget about you.”

Jaejoong’s hands trembled by now, his whole being is trembling. The portfolio slipped from his grip.

“Imagine my surprise when I have to be home. I haven’t finished sorting out my feelings, even after the long way from airport and suddenly there! You opened the door and stand there, as if mocking me! Mocking me, for the facts that I can’t even forget about you after all this time. Mocking me, these 7 years actually means nothing to me! Mocking me, that you I still love regardless your appearance. How am I supposed to react then? How?” He shook Jaejoong’s shoulder.

Jaejoong feels dizzy now. This is too much, to be handled. He’s dizzy and light-headed because of

“I’m going crazy because of you, Kim Jaejoong! You completely drove me insane. I have you right beside me every night, but I can’t touch you! I can’t have you!”

Yunho looked like a cat whose tail just got stomped rather than, a person who had confessed his undying love.

Just when Yunho wants to pulled Jaejoong’s shirt, the door slams open revealing, Ji Hoon and Hyo Joo.

Jajoong’s first reaction is to kick Yunho right on his stomach.

“Ouch, that must be hurt,” Ji Hoon commented as he saw his brother sprawled on the floor.

“So- sorry, Yunho,” Jaejoong stuttered, his face is still red.

“What do you want?” Yunho snapped at Ji Hoon.

”FYI, even the neighbors can hear your glorious confession, so you better don’t ask us. We heard every single word from downstairs, dear brother!”

“Yeah, I and Ha Na have to covered Seung Ho and Seung Gi’s ears…” Hyo Joo announced.

“After we assumed that you have finished, and we’re convinced that you had succeed, Mum and Dad said they want to meet you both…”

“Eh?” “Now?” Yunho whined.

“Yes, now,”

Jaejoong stands up quickly run downstairs.

“No, Jaejoong! Wait, what about…”

“Cold shower, Yunho. A really cold one,”

After taking a quick cold shower, Yunho decided to be late rather than showing up with an obvious bulge on his pants. He expects to get a scold from his parents or something, as he stepped into the living room.

He was greeted with laughter and cheer.

“Oh, here he come,”

“Yo, Yunho, here, sit near Jae!” Ji Hoon called.

“What? What’s going on?” he asked everybody.

He looked at his mother and father, “You’re not angry?”

“Hm… not really,” Hyun Jung said, as she stroke Jaejoong’s hair lovingly, “He’s just that love-able, and I missed him so much. Who can get angry at you, Jae?” She hugged Jaejoong.

Yunho immediately approached them and pulled his Jaejoong into his embrace. “Stop, mom! Yours is there!”

“Who can be angry at you son, after hearing your desperate love story like that? And it’s not just any man we’re talking about. It’s Jaejoong, so yeah… We accepted it.”

“Yay, my dreams for having you as son in law happened! Although, I must say, you fit the perfect image of daughter in law,”

“Yah, aunty!” Jaejoong whined.

“Additionally, we won’t have to worry about the number of our grandchildren…”

Jaejoong put the plate and glasses. He put the scrambled egg, toast and bacon, and poured orange juice and coffee. He will bring the breakfast to bed for his lover.

Jaejoong is in cloud nine now. He giggled all the way from his meeting point, to his house, oh wait to the Jung’s house.

He can’t help it. He feels so happy now.

Finally some progress in his career.

He had made a deal to sell one of his songs to a new singer, and they’re ready to pay the price. Oh yeah!

Although, he can’t succeed as a singer, at least he can make it as a song-writer.

“Aunty!!” Jaejoong called from the door.

Instead of his aunty, it’s Seung-Gi who ran towards him, “Uncle Jae-jae, let’s play!! Hide and seek!”

Seeing the little four years old, Jaejoong scooped him in his arms, and plays throw and catch, which make Seung Gi giggled in delight.

When he finally put Seung Gi down, that little boy pulled his pants and yell, “More, more! Uncle Jaejae!”

Jaejoong can’t help but smile and carry him around, until he found Aunty Jung.

“Aunty! Let me help you to cook today’s dinner!”

Hyun Jung smiles as she saw Jaejoong looks so happy, “What’s happening? Why are you so happy?”

“Someone is interested in my songs, and they’re ready to pay the royalty and fee!” he beamed, and put Seung Gi down. Hyun Jung smiled back at him and hugged him, saying that good things must be coming to Jaejoong’s way.

They spent the day in the kitchen, listening to Jaejoong humming the tone of his songs.

Night finally arrived, Jaejoong sit on his bed anxiously, and waiting for Yunho finished bathing.

His left eye twitched as he realized his situation.

Damn, why did it sound like he’s a woman, who’s waiting for his husband to have his way with her?

He admitted, he IS anxious, because he has to make sure about the sleeping arrangement.

Finally the bathroom’s door creaked open, revealing the freshly bathed Yunho, who walked out with only a towel on.

Damn, he already think that this is his own room.

“You’re not the only occupant of this room, you know,” Jaejoong stated as he eyed Yunho.

“We’re both guy, so?” Yunho asked back, as he looking for a shirt.

Then, somehow Jaejoong found his eyes roaming every inch of Yunho’s toned body. Starting from his chest, to his abs and to those nicely built ass.

“Like what you see?” Yunho asked after he dressed, and smirked when he saw Jaejoong’s flustered.

“So?”

“So what?” Yunho asked back.

“The sleeping arrangement, where should I sleep?”

“The sofa.” He said simply.

Jaejoong narrowed his eyes.

“Then? You have a better solution?”

“Here, of course,”

“There’s only one bed,” Yunho said as he frowned.

“Can’t be help. Like you said, we’re both guy, so?”

Yunho still rooted to that place.

“What? Are you gay or something?” This time, Jaejoong decided to tease him.

“Course not!” Yunho answered instantly, “If we sleep together, would it make it any better?”

“Who would?” Jaejoong retorted.

Yunho jumped into the bed, like literally, jumped into it.

“This is a queen sized bed, mind you,”

“So?”

Jaejoong huffed and lied on his back.

“I have an interview tomorrow morning, you better didn’t snore,”

“I don’t!” Yunho reply angrily, “You better not attack me at night, I have a job interview tomorrow morning,”

“What?” Jaejoong straighten up instantly.

“You heard right. JOB. INTERVIEW,” he repeated.

“You already had a job interview? On your second day in Korea?”

“Yup. I’m just that amazing. Don’t admire me too much please,”

“Admire you? Attacking you?” Jaejoong said sarcastically, “You wish,”

“Yeah I wish, and it’s because of the way you’re checking me out earlier,”

“I did not!”

“You totally did, don’t lie,” Yunho turn off the bedside lamp.

“Tsk!” Jaejoong clicked his tongue and laid on his stomach, it’s to cover his flustered face, “You wish!” He still didn’t want to admit it.

How true it is, he actually just checking out, Jung Yunho, the creeper.

NO!! He wails inside his head.

Finally, after the long wait, and after Yunho’s fifth day in Korea, it’s finally here.

Ji Hoon’s marriage.

They had been very busy from the morning.

“Ji Hoon, the flower! Put this in your pocket!” Jaejoong yelled and hands Ji Hoon the flower.

“The car, is it here yet?” Hyun Jung asked Ha Na, and finally she nodded, “Yes, the rented car is here, now!”

After the two cars parked, they entered the car, Ji Hoon and Hyo Joo in one car, while Hyun Jung, In Sung and Seung Ho in another car.

Just when Yunho starts grumbling saying, “Where is that Jaejoong?” while carrying Seung Gi.

Jaejoong shows up while holding a hand bouquet, “Hyo Joo’s!” He yelled. And everyone is relieved to have Jaejoong.

Everything had went well, from the blessing at the church till the small reception at the garden, in which, Ji Hoon’s and Hyo Joo’s friends mainly is the guest. They will host the party until evening.

Jaejoong feels delighted too; he had met many of his school’s friends. He can’t avoid it since he came from the same high school as Ji Hoon’s.

After chatting, laughing, eating, dancing and singing, Jaejoong feels very tired. He decided to sit in a corner, and enjoying everything from this point of view, until a certain person ruined it, by forcefully pulling his hand to the dancing floor.

“I’m tired, Yunho,” Jaejoong said.

“And I don’t care,” Yunho said with a smile.

“But I care,” Jaejoong made an attempt to leave the dance floor, however, Yunho catch his waist and pulled him closer. “Not yet, please,”

“And why?” Jaejoong stared into Yunho’s serious and deep eyes.

“Because my parents force me to dance, they throw various girls to me, and I don’t want another,”

“That’s why you pulled me?”

“Yes.”

“Done using me? I’m dead tired, let me go,”

Yunho’s eyes narrowed, “No, I won’t. I can’t,”

“Don’t you hate me? Since you were a child?” Jaejoong asked bitterly, he still don’t understand why Yunho acted like that to him.

“I didn’t hate you,” Yunho answered after some time, he pushed Jaejoong a little and then, he pulled him back all in sync with the song’s rythm.

“You didn’t?” Jaejoong widen his eyes in a mock-surprise, “Wow, that’s a revelation to me,”

“Really, I didn’t,” Yunho said, he looks really serious as he said that. Jaejoong avoid Yunho’s piercing gaze.

Don’t look at me with those eyes.

You make my heart go bump-bump.

“Then, what should I call it? You always glared at me, being rude and harsh to me,”

“I did?”

“Yes, you totally did,” Jaejoong moved back a little and moved forward again, “Don’t act so innocent right now. Its years too late, you’re already guilty in my eyes,”

“Sorry,” Yunho said suddenly, he looked into Jaejoong’s eyes as he said that. They stayed silent for a while, enjoying the song and all.

“Why did you do that then? If you didn’t hate me,”

Yunho only looked into Jaejoong’s and pulled his waist closer to him, or is it just Jaejoong’s imagination?

Impossible, Jaejoong thought.

When the song came to an end, Yunho muttered, “its complex. Really, it’s really complicated,”

Jaejoong still watch Yunho’s retreating figure from the dance floor. All of the sudden he feels lonely.

Then try. Just try to explain it to me.

The next day, Ji Hoon and Hyo Joo went to their honeymoon to Bali Islands. Yunho immediately moved to Ji Hoon’s room.

Several days after that, Ha Na said that she will go to Jeju with a bunch of friends and she’s taking the three angels. The only advice Hyun Jung said, is to “avoid another pregnancy,”

So now, the situation is a lot calmer now, with only four persons inside the Jung’s households. It’s making Hyun Jung crazy, that’s why suddenly one day, and she decided to go to a hot spring with In Sung, without previous warning to Jaejoong and Yunho. They only left a note behind saying, “We’re leaving to the hot spring to have another honeymoon. We don’t want to be left behind by Ji Hoon and Hyo Joo.”

“Damn,” Yunho muttered as he crumbled the paper, the morning after.

“I have meetings,” Jaejoong said after fixing breakfast for Yunho.

“I have to go to a job interview too! Don’t forget to bring the key!”

“Yes!”

Later on, that night, Yunho feels anxious, as to why Jaejoong had not come home, while he didn’t give news at all.

“Damn, I should just go to sleep. He can go to party right after his songs got accepted,”

Suddenly, the bell ring, Yunho immediately run towards the door, “Jaejoong!” He yelled as he opened the door.

“Ah!!! Luckily there’s someone here,” a man yelled in relieved, “I don’t know, what I should do with him, when he’s like this,”

Yunho realized that the man refers to Jaejoong who had leaned all of his body to that man, giggling like crazy, while mumbling something.

“Please, take him away from me,” the man with a cute–dolphin-like-voice begged, “I have to go home, my mother has been waiting for me,”

When Yunho tried to take Jaejoong, Jaejoong gripped that man’s shirt tightly, “Suuu~~~ No! Don’t gooo~~~ Junsuuuuuiii-yah~!” he whined.

“But, I have to go, Jae,”

“nOoooooOOOo~~” he sings “Jesus, Joy of Man’s Desiring”. Although Yunho thought, that it’s supposed to be Mad’s desiring as he studied Jae’s appearance.

“I have to Jae! My mother will scold me, if I didn’t get home now!” he yelled to Jaejoong while, fighting from Jae’s deathly grip. “Please....” he begged to Yunho with puppy eyes.

“Fine.” Yunho circled his arms around Jaejoong’s waist, “YAH! Kim Jaejoong! Sober up!” he pulled Jaejoong instantly, and because of the shock, Jaejoong let go of his grip of Junsu’s shirt, and at that instant Junsu run.

“Oy! What’s wrong with him! You haven’t told me yet!”

However Junsu already too far to hear that.

“Oh my, you stink!” Yunho struggle with the drunken Jaejoong, “What’s wrong with you?” he shook Jaejoong, when he received no answer but giggle, he yelled again, “HEY!! Drunkard!!”

“Geez,” Yunho give up trying to make Jaejoong talk, so he pulled one of Jaejoong’s hand and Jaejoong gagged at that moment.

“Not here!!” Yunho yelled.

He quickly brings Jaejoong to the bathroom and let Jaejoong finished his thing.

After Jaejooong already emptied his stomach from all the alcohol, Yunho forced him to wash his mouth and even brush his teeth, washing his face, all the while Jaejoong acts struggled and act like a little boy.

Yunho carry him to his room. Well technically, Yunho’s room.

No, it’s not bridal style, mind you. Jaejoong can’t stay still. He laughed, giggled and act so hyper, makes Yunho’s effort to pull him to the room, harder.

“Damn! Is- this- your way of taking – revenge?” Yunho huffed as he dragged Jaejoong upstairs. Jaejoong choose that moment to be like a statue and deadweight for Yunho. He didn’t move at all.

“Why?” he asked in a low voice suddenly.

“Why, what Kim Jaejoong?” Yunho said as he struggled to climb the stairs.

“Why?” Jaejoong repeated again.

“Why are you so heavy Jaejoong?” Yunho completed the sentence in his own verse.

Jaejoong’s eyes opened suddenly and he look at Yunho right in his eyes. He looked at him, “Why… hate me?” with a-just-stomped-poor-cute-big-puppy-eyes.

“Why you hate me?”

“Why does the world hate me?” he blinked his big eyes, making Yunho’s gulped and forgets where they are.

He unconsciously let go of Jaejoong’s waist and Jaejoong choose that moment to stumble backwards. He fell and rolled on the stairs.

“Aaaaahhhh~~” Jaejoong yelped.

“OMO!” Yunho yelled, as he saw Jaejoong rolled on the stairs, he run after him immediately.

Jaejoong is a messed of tangled limb now. “It’s hurt, it’s hurt,” he mumbled.

“Where? Where?” Yunho asked him, worried.

“Hurt, hurt,” he said again. “Uuuhhh, hurt, why are you pushing me? Do you hate me that much?”

“I don’t!! That’s why don’t move so much, when we’re – aish!” Yunho pulled Jaejoong’s hand again, trying to climb the stairs for the second time.

He throws Jaejoong to the bed and stretched his body afterwards.

“Heavy drunkard,”

Just when he decided to left him there, Jaejoong choose that moment to awake and pulled Yunho’s shirt.

“Don’t leave me, please...” he begged.

“Why?” Yunho asked.

He’s answered with a giggle.

“Just don’t,” Jaejoong already sitting right now, “Auch,” he mumbled. He let go of Yunho’s shirt and decided to clutch his teddy bear.

Yunho looked at him. Jaejoong sitting so peacefully, it’s as if, “Is he asleep?” Yunho asked out loud.

Then, Jaejoong’s body shook.

Once.

Twice.

Thrice.

Oh, oh. That’s not a shook, Yunho recognize it as a sniffle!

Jaejoong’s crying, for God sake!

And it’s getting worse, Yunho made a mental note.

Yunho panicked. What should I do?

I should just left him, he head to the door right away. However, the cries is getting louder and harder.

“Huuuuuuu!! HUaaaaaa!!”

Somehow, he just doesn’t have the heart to leave him. Yunho turned around.

“Why are you crying?”

“Huaaa… why?” he cried harder.

Yunho approached him and also sat at the bad. “What’s wrong, why are you crying?” he asked slowly as he looked at Jaejoong’s tearful face.

He wiped Jaejoong’s tears. “Why?” Jaejoong asked again between his cries.

“Why my life is so screwed up?”

Yunho furrowed his eyebrows, he didn’t get it.

“Why is everything I did so screw up? Why am I such a failure?” he cried again.

“You’re not. You’re not, Jae,” Yunho asked to comfort him.

“Yes, I am!” He wailed in reply; drown in self pity.

“All I want is to become a singer but my parents didn’t approve it. I run away and look at me, I never succeeded until now!” he sniffed and wailed.

“But-but,” Yunho try to choose his words, trying to comfort Jaejoong, “Your song! Somebody interested in your song too, right?”

It only makes Jaejoong cries harder. “Uwaaaaaaahhhh!!”

“That song! My song! Huuuuu, they took it without credit, they take it without paying! They deceive me! Huaaaaa!!” He cried again.

Yunho sighed; he didn’t know it would turn out like this.

“I’m a failure! Failure! Umma!! Appa! Forgive me!”

“There! There!” Yunho patted Jaejoong’s head, “Cry all you want, just let it out. It must be sucked to be you now,”

“All my friend had succeeded, even Ji Hoon get married and have a great life! All of the people leaving me behind.” He cried again. “I’m old now! Single! Even though I already change my appearance, no one will look at me!”

“Even that little creep-boy! He got more successful then I am! Huaaa!” Yunho nodded in reply, trying to understand.

“He’s an arrogant boy, but now after returned to Korea, he can get a job in just a blink of an eye,”

Wait, is he talking about me? Yunho frowned.

“Why does everyone hate me? My parents! The producer! That creep! The other singer!”

Yunho understand now, why Jaejoong drowned himself in alcohol that night. Yunho went to the bathroom, wetting a towel and back to the room again to find Jaejoong still weeping and mumbled “failure, failure” over and over again.

“Now, you already let your heart out right?” Yunho sit before him, touching his face. Tilting Jaejoong’s chin so he can wipe his face, although fresh tears still flowing.

“It’s okay, things might looks so bad now. But, I believe one day you’ll be successful too. You’re trying so hard,” Yunho smiled at Jaejoong, who look at him intensely.

Yunho wiped Jaejoong’s hair too.

“You’re a hard working person; someday you’ll get all the good things in the world.” He stopped wiping.

“So, stop crying now, ok?”

Jaejoong looked at him with a glazed half hazed eyes. He sniffed a couple of times.

All of a sudden, Jaejoong moved forward and placed his lips on Yunho and pulled away again. He sniffed again, once.

Yunho blinked once.

Twice.

Jaejoong moved forward again and kissed him again, longer this time.

Yunho stared.

When Jaejoong moved forward for the third time, Yunho hold him by grabbing his face with his hands.

“Wa-wa-Wait!”

However, Jaejoong pushed more forcefully and pulled Yunho’s face to him. He kissed him again, more sloppily this time, with hot wet tongue involved.

Yunho widen his eyes. He pushed Jaejoong forcefully,

“Jae, Jaejoong! Listen, it’s me! Yunho, Jung Yunho!”

”Yunho?” Jaejoong asked back.

”Yes, Yunho!”

“That little creep?”

“Uhm, somehow,”

Jaejoong moved forward again, “Your eyes so small,” he said while grabbing Yunho’s cheeks. His hands moved to his nose, jaw, neck and chest, “Uhm… well built body, I like it,”

Jaejoong smirked sexily, his gaze now screamed, “SEX! FUCK ME!” which made Yunho gulped down his saliva.

However, Jaejoong’s sneaky hands didn’t stop there, “You have nice abs,” Jaejoong caressed Yunho’s abs slowly, slow~~ly over Yunho’s nipple, almost teasingly.

Then Jaejoong kissed him again, fully on the lips, pushing Yunho backwards. Bringing him down. Making him lied on the bed, while he ravished Yunho’s lips.

“Mhm-, mhhm!” Yunho’s muffled sound can be heard, while on the other hand, Jaejoong’s sexy moan also filled the room,

“Nggh, hmm…”

“Stop?” Jaejoong asked in a pleading tone, “Do you really want to stop?” He asked again as he rubbed his lower region to Yunho’s, slowly, in a circular motion.

“Uhm!” Yunho hold himself from moaning. “Yes, we have to—uhm, stop…” Yunho bite his lips.

“But this,” Jaejoong said as he bounced a little, “Doesn’t looks like want to stop,”

“Yeah, okay, Uhmm! That’s my problem, but…”

“Then continue,” Jaejoong said in a teasing voice. He grabbed Yunho’s shirt and pulled Yunho up into a passionate kiss. His lips landed on Yunho’s in need and soon Yunho was left breathless. Their lips parted and tongues met in a furious battle. Again and again, as they continued, Jaejoong pushed their bodies to lie on the bed.

It all started one day, when his friend-who-soon-change-into-best-friend Jung Ji Hoon, one day decided to invite him to his house. They actually only knows each other for a few weeks, however they quickly connect to each other, that’s why the not so friendly Ji Hoon, one day wants to invite the trouble-magnet Kim Jaejoong.

Jaejoong meets all of Ji Hoon’s family that day, from his father, his mother, his older sister and lastly, his younger brother, Jung Yunho.

The little glaring monster, who is four years their junior.

Jaejoong still remember from the first moment Yunho look at him, from the way Yunho looked at him, Jaejoong already feel that this boy is somewhat, “something” special.

“His hair is like a mast of spider web made from sand,” the boy commented his blond hair.

“I swear your brother hates me,” Jaejoong grumbled once they stepped into Ji Hoon’s room.

This is the nth times Jaejoong visits Ji Hoon’s house and automatically his nth times to meet Yunho.

“He is,” Jaejoong pouted. “He glared at me again earlier,”

“He’s not, he just looking at you,”

“He said I looked like a bad boy,” Jaejoong widen his eyes as he speaks to Ji Hoon.

“It’s because of the way you dressed,”

Jaejoong raised one of his eyebrow and look at his outfit, “Nothing’s wrong with this,”

Ji Hoon raised one of his eyebrow too, “Yeah, nothing’s wrong with bling-bling belt, that super big chain that connected to your wallet and torn uniform pants. Definitely nothing’s wrong,”

“Yeah, nothing’s wrong,” Jaejoong smiled.

“He’s still in the elementary school, Jae,” Ji Hoon seat and rummaging his bag, “He’s not used to see someone of my age and definitely not used to see something...” Ji Hoon looked at his friend from head to toe. Something is definitely different with Jae, that’s why he likes to be with him, however...

“Something?” Jaejoong dared him to finish his lines.

“Something so eccentric,”

Jaejoong sits beside Ji Hoon too with a loud sound, he did it on purpose, “I’m not eccentric, I’m just unique,”

“And you guys just jealous,” he finished with a smirk.

Jaejoong rummage his bag too after that, looking for math books, he’s coming to study anyway. See although, he looks like a troublemaker, he actually studies!

After finding his books, he feels something and looks at the door’s chink.

He huffed a little, and approached Ji Hoon, he whispered, “The little creep glaring at me from the door’s chink,”

Ji Hoon instantly looks at the door and after he spotted his brother, he yelled, “Yunho!”

Jung Yunho opens the door after his brother’s yelling.

“What are you doing?”

Yunho glared at Jaejoong. Jaejoong glared back and Yunho scowled.

“Umma asked if you guys want to eat first,”

“Uhm, no, I had my lunch at school earlier, how about you Jae?”

“Still full,”

“You can tell umma that,”

After throwing one last glare, oh Jaejoong swear he can use that as a song’s title, Yunho disappeared behind the door.

“See?”

“Just,” Ji Hoon try to choose his words carefully, “try to be friendly please,” Ji Hoon smiled apologetically to Jaejoong.

Jaejoong swear he had acted all friendly and mushy (again, despite his looks, he IS a kind hearted person) to that little creep. However it seems that none of his kindness can move that little creep.

When he learned that Yunho likes cars, he bought a car-toy and give it to him, and received a

Second.

When Yunho have to sing a song for his music class, Jaejoong decided to help and point the missed notes he sang. Again and again, he gets a glare in reply, until one point, when Jaejoong decided to sing along with him.

Yunho left him and entered his room with a loud bang.

“So much for saying thanks,” Jaejoong said.

Third.

When Yunho used a different shoes; white on his right foot and black on the other, one morning (Jaejoong had a sleepover quite frequent now). Jaejoong had kindly run after him and remind him to change it. Although he had to admit that he did it while secretly laughing, however, he certainly didn’t expect to receive a silent treatment for 3 days in a row.

Not that he’s an active talker, but still, Ouch.

Fourth.

When Jaejoong saw his nose bleeds one day because he had tripped, and no one is around that day. Ji Hoon is helping his father at the store, Aunty Jung and Ha Na is at the market, shopping for dinner. Jaejoong is there to take a nap. He didn’t let Yunho be and bled until he died, he had kindly helped that kid.

Fifth.

When he learned that Yunho likes kimchi-jigae, he had voluntary help aunty Jung to cook kimchi jigae, which ended that he cooked all of that since aunty Jung is too amazed at his skills and decided to watch from the side.

“Hey, Yunho-ah,” Ji Hoon called, when he watched Yunho slurping the food with delight, “Is it good?” he asked.

“Uuhm!” Yunho answered as he nodded his head and continue eating. Jaejoong almost smiled when he watched that little creep actually can be so cute.

“Oh, I knew it, Jaejoong is really something,” Ha Na said, as she eyed Jaejoong with amazement.

Yunho eyed them curious as to what they’re talking about, while eating happily.

“Yeah, I knew Jaejoong is something the moment I look at him,” aunty Jung start saying, “Hey, Ha Na also liked Jigae very much, you can teach her to cook this super tasty Jigae” she patted Jaejoong’s shoulder, “Come on, Jaejoong will you be my son in law?” she continued.

At that time, Yunho decided to choke and cough very loudly, and from the way he coughed it looks like very painfully too.

“He,” Yunho managed between cough, after he gulp a glass of water, “He’s the one who made this?”

“Yes, Yunho-ah,” his mother answered him.

“Your food,” Yunho glared at Jaejoong again, “almost killed me,”

He left the dining room after he stated that.

“Is that even my fault?” Jaejoong asked Ji Hoon helplessly, when Aunty Jung and Ha Na yelled at Yunho for his rudeness.

Not to mention numerous event after that.

“Now, what is your argument, hah?” Jaejoong asked, after he throws his bag to the floor.

On the other hand, Ji Hoon decided to act calm, and take a magazine. This is just one of those days, when Jaejoong will ramble about Yunho’s rudeness.

“He’s just not used to see people much older than him hang around me, I haven’t invited many friends,” Jaejoong imitating Ji Hoon’s voice. “My ass! I’ve been around him for more than two years, Ji Hoon! Two freakin years!” He walked back and forth, around Ji Hoon’s room. Nowadays, he visited Ji Hoon’s house almost everyday, it’s because he felt more welcome and comfortable there rather than his own house.

Ji Hoon only patted his knee in reply.

“Is that your only way to show that you’re sympathizing with me? Come on!” Jaejoong take the magazine from Ji Hoon’s hand forcefully.

“He always looks at me like this, Ji!” Jaejoong giving his best glare to show Ji Hoon, “Like this!!! With his scary little eyes! Geez that creep!” Jaejoong huffed and crossed his arms.

“He’s not a creep, Jae,” Ji Hoon said sternly.

“Yeah, he’s an adorable cruel impolite glaring little creature,” Jaejoong answered cynically.

Ji Hoon laughed at that and said what he thought can calmed fussy Jaejoong, “Let’s just sleep. We can study after that,”

Jaejoong had always pictured Yunho as a childish and rude child, therefore imagine his shock when several years later, Yunho announced that he want to study overseas. Although, he’s only 15 that time, Yunho had seriously (isn’t all his life filled with serious-ness?) considered it. He wants to study abroad starting from his senior high school. That’s why he will go to US and live with their relative there.

Several years after that, the Jungs received another news stating that Yunho got a scholarship from a prestigious university in US, and he will take it.

Everyody’s little brother actually is not a little brother anymore.

Seven years had passed from Yunho departure. Actually, for Jaejoong it felt like only several weeks, and now Jung Yunho will be home. Today.

Here, in Korea.

Here, in this house.

And yes, here in this particular room. Why you asked, well it because...

A lot of things had happened. A lot of changes had occurred too.

Not a big change actually.

It’s just that, after graduated from university, years before, from economy and business faculty just what his parents wants. Jaejoong decided that he had had enough of that. He wants to enter music school, from the beginning and start his career as a singer! But, his parents forbid him from that.

They said, if Jaejoong really wants to become a singer, they will disown him as their son.

A rebel, Jaejoong did start his career as a singer.

And, they did disown him.

Shit.

Luckily, Jaejoong had known the Jungs all his life, he went to Ji Hoon right after his parents throw his last bag to him, and the Jungs are more then welcome. They said after several years without Yunho, they feel like they have another son. A cuter and nicer one at that.

That’s why, all this time, Jaejoong did stay with the Jungs, owning-er he mean staying at Yunho’s room. This is where the problem begins.

After 7 years, Yunho had decided it’s enough adventure and now is the right time to go back home.

Or more like, Yunho’s parents forced him to go home. They said: Yunho had skipped on many family’s occasion for example, Ha Na’s weddings day, Seung Ho’s birth (Ha Na’s first son), Seung Gi’s birth (Ha Na’s second son), Yuna’s birth (Ha Na’s first daughter) and Ha Na’s divorce.

Now:

Yunho already graduated from university.

Yunho got no more attachment there.

Ji Hoon’s marriage will be held soon.

With a girl of course, not with Jaejoong, you fools! He will marry his long time girlfriend, Han Hyo Joo. So, now, Yunho has no reasons or justifications, he have to be home and attend the wedding.

Double shit right?

What, you still don’t get it.

The thing is: There’s only four rooms in Jung’s household. The first is Jung parent’s room. Second (and second largest) is Ha Na’s and her children. The third is Ji Hoon and Hyo Joo (since she will be his wife soon, the parents didn’t mind). The fourth is Jaejoong’s or more like Yunho’s.

Understand? He must leave the Jung’s household and hand the ownership of the room to Jung Yunho, the rightful owner.

However, even after five years of struggling to become a famous singer, Jaejoong’s career is still far from lucky. Till this second, he still didn’t have the money to buy his own apartment (not even to rent the decent one). That’s why; the Jung’s had insisted that he still have to live with them, regardless the situation.

So, the way out?

Jaejoong have to share the room with Jung Yunho.

The person, Jaejoong remember always hate and glaring at him.

Oh No... Jaejoong weeps inside.

The atmosphere in the dining room is really great, they’re all happy. They had prepared the best and favorite food for one and only the Jung Yunho. All of them already sat around the table. Jung In Sung, Jung Hyun Jung, Jung Ha Na who’s holding Yuna , Seung Ho, Seung Gi, Jung Ji Hoon, Han Hyo Joo and Kim Jaejoong.

Uhm, actually happy is an understatement, they’re all deadly ecstatic.

“Hey, Ji Hoon, What is this Yunho like?” Hyo Joo asked, as she leaned on his shoulder.

Ji Hoon answered her with a smile, and strokes her hair lovingly.

The Jungs parents are handling both Seung Ho and Seung Gi who wants to eat the dessert first, while Ha Na is busy calming the crying Yuna. Right that second, the door bell ring,

“OMO!” five yelling can be heard in an instant.

“It’s him, it’s him!” Hyun Jung and Ha Na yelling and clapping at the same time.

“Yunho!” In Sung also yelled, however he can’t approach the door, since Seung Ho and Seung Gi holding his legs.

Ji Hoon busy telling Hyo Joo that her hair looks great, her clothes are fine and yes, his brother will definitely love her. He’s friendly and no; he doesn’t bite, for as long as Ji Hoon can remember.

The door bell continues to ring and the Jungs still chatter and busy with their own act.

Jaejong sighed, “Just a little creep coming home and they went gaga,” he heads for the door.

He carefully opens the door, and there he stands.

A very handsome and tall man, clad in a brown long sleeved shirt and black slacks, stares back at him.

Their eyes locked for a moment.

Until the other’s eyebrow furrowed and,

“JAEJOOONG!! Is it really him?!”

“Is it my Yunho?”

The other’s brown eyes widen and before they can say anything to each other, Ha Na had hugged Yunho.

“Yunho?”

“Yes, Ha Na noona, this is him,” Yunho laughed back.

“OH MY YUNHO!! Umma! Yunho had changed so much now!!!” and they dragged him inside while raining questions to him, from “How can you be like this?” “Why you wouldn’t let us pick you up from the airport?” into “What is your graduation like?”

Jaejoong only smiled a little as he watched Yunho being dragged like that. However, he can’t help but pout a little, when Yunho throw a curious glare at him.

Oh Dude, who said you, had changed?

Jaejoong closed the door and locked it again. He also brought the bags Yunho brought with him, inside.

When he reached the dining room, he can see that people are too excited.

“Yunho, why are you acting all so cool like that?” Ha Na asked again.

“Well, it’s just that everyone had changed now. I just, didn’t feel like I fit in,” Yunho explained shyly.

Oh, so he can feel something... Jaejoong thought.

“Yeah, you have to greet us properly, come on!” Jung Hyun Jung yelled excitedly.

“Yeah, hugged us one by one, and introduce yourself to these little dudes here!” Jung In Sung pointed to Seung Ho and Seung Gi who, hides behind his legs now.

Yunho laughed and he approached those little guys, “Hello, there,” Yunho smiled and takes Seung Gi’s hand, “My name is Yunho, your uncle Yunho,”

When Seung Gi looking at him curiously, Yunho smiled and showed the row of white pearls like teeth. Suddenly Seung Ho glomped him and said, “I’m Seung Ho!! Are you my new potential daddy?” he asked. All of the people laughed, while saying “Ha Na, what did you taught him?”

Yunho laughed and hugged his nephew one by one.

He hugged his daddy and his dad tapped his back forcefully. Yunho continued to Ha Na, who kissed him in return. To Ji Hoon who immediately introduce him to Hyo Joo, after that he continued to his mother hugged her carefully, since he hold Yuna. Yunho kissed her too while saying, “My Umma!!” Then, all eyes set on Jaejoong, who smiled to himself watching the scene from the doorway.

Yunho also looked at him and smile too, when Jaejoong approach him with a smile decorating his face, suddenly,

Yunho walked back to his seat and said, “Okay, let’s eat everyone!”

Jaejoong feels so stupid.

After the solemn dinner, Yunho head to the stairs bringing his bags, ready to go to his room.

“Ah! Yunho! Yunho!” Jaejoong yelled. The dinner went so well, and everyone had been too preoccupied in asking Yunho this and that, which makes Ji Hoon forgot to tell Yunho that he has to share the room with Jaejoong.

Yunho didn’t say anything; he only turned to look at Jaejoong asking Jaejoong to continue speaking silently.

“Ah, eh, hm...” Jaejoong can’t speak suddenly, under the intenze gaze-glare. “You know, while you were... uhm-away,”

“We had a-a- quite big,” Jaejoong coughed again, “Eh, no a little change,”

“Yes, and that is,” Yunho said calmly.

“That is, that you, and I, uhm,” Jaejoong scratched his scalp, making his hair a little bit messy, a habit he had when he’s nervous.

“You what, Kim Jaejoong? Continue, quickly!” Yunho said.

“We share a room!” Jaejoong said.

Yunho stills at that.

“I lived here, in your room, when you’re away. Now, I can’t stay inside Ji Hoon’s room because of Hyo Joo, you know,” Jaejong continues as he looked at the carpet.

“What the hell is this,” Jaejoong hear Yunho muttered and after that, he saw Yunho left him and head to the Jung’s parent’s room.

OH NO!

“Yunho!” Jaejoong pulled his hand, which Yunho yanked back forcefully.

“I-I,”

“I was forced back home to share a room with you?”

“Ok, I won’t sleep there! I will sleep here, at the sofa. Don’t blame them, please!” Jaejoong plead.

Yunho eyed him from head to toe and then,

“Suit yourself,”

He left.

Jaejoong can’t believe this.

He really, really can’t believe this.

That boy didn’t change one bit!

Jaejoong punched the sofa pillow forcefully in the darkness of the living room, muttering curses to one particular creep.

“I know, I should have been moving out, and rent an apartment!” Jaejoong hissed, “But, the money...” he weeps.

“Why is my life screwed up like this?” he asked no one in particular.

“I should just go to sleep, since tomorrow I will have a meeting,”

Jaejoong closed his eyes and trying to get some sleep.

“But this sofa is so hard,” he weeps again...

The morning after, Jaejoong wake up and find himself in a room. Yunho’s room.

Yunho walked back, inside the room already change the clothes and looked really decent.

“Why am I here?”

“I moved you,” Yunho said, in an are-you-stupid-tone.

“Why?”

“Just because I don’t want my parents to scold me,”

After taking his books and glasses, Yunho left Jaejoong in the room again.

Jaejoong scowled at his retreating figure. “Jerk!”

A doll named "josephine". My mother gave it to me. Jospehine uses a purple clothes and pants. I really like that doll, i will bring it everywhere I go, until it's shirt will be very dirty. So one day, my mom decided to wash it (and shampoo it). However things didn't went well, her hair became so curly... (It used to be straight and blonde then shange into long afro)

But, I still like it very much, I still played with it for a long time despite it's condition.

One day, my mom asked that doll from me, she said she will wash it again and i gave it to her.
Know what? She actually throw it away. I cried for hours.

Several days after that she gave me a new toys (this time with dress and hat) I named it "Maria", however I didn'y like it as much as "josephine". It ended up with it's head off (not because of me, I swear).

This is wrong! Jaejoong screamed inside his head, as the fight between the Choi’s flashed back before his eyes.

It’s so wrong!

Jaejoong closed his eyes and take a deep breath.

While, unconsciously he continued to poke his Strawberry cheesecake.

“Earth to Jaejoong,” Yoochun waved his right hand in front of Jaejoong’s face.

“Huh?” Jaejoong woke up from his trance, “What’s wrong, Chun?”

“Nothing, I just want to make sure, are you trying to melt it with your intense glare?” he chuckled to himself after that.

“Yeah, I should start eating this,” he cut the cake and spooning it.

“Hey, hey, Hyung! It’s Siwon!” Changmin said suddenly, while pulling on Yunho’s shirt.

“Oh, yeah, it’s him! Oy, Siwon!” Yoochun called and waved at Siwon.

However, Siwon only waved back a little and walked out from the cafeteria quickly.

“Why won’t he join us again? It’s been 5 days from the fight. No Siwon, No Dongwook. Haven’t they made up after that?” Yoochun said out loud, didn’t care if he attracts the other’s attention towards them.

“I don’t think they did, Hyung,” Changmin said matter of factly, although he looks really sad.

Jaejoong munch his strawberry cheesecake in silence. He can’t even stare at Siwon earlier.

“Hey, Jae,” Yoochun suddenly say, “You’ve got something on your face.”

He gently wiped the cream from Jaejoong’s lips with his forefinger. Looking at Jaejoong’s taken aback expression, Yoochun only chuckled in reply.

“Uhm, thanks,”

“Welcome, anytime,”

Both didn’t realize the intense glare from one particular person, who stays silent all the time.

The school thought, he’s just playing and use me as the object of a bet, but I think, somehow, he’s enjoying the relationship himself.

“You act so mushy earlier, Chun,”

Yoochun look at his friend who sit beside him as they half-listening to the lecturer, and unexpectedly he smiled, “Ah, really?”

“Yeah, perhaps you should stop doing that to him or smiling like an idiot around him,”

Yoochun furrowed his eyebrows at this, “Why?”

“Why?” Yunho asked back.

“Yeah, why? Why I should stop doing that to Jaejoong? I’m just treating him nicely, like any friends would to their friends.” Yoochun shrugged casually.

“Well, it’s just that-” he tried to choose his words carefully, “It’s up to you, however…”

“Hm?”

“You look like hitting on him,” Yunho stated as he stared at Yoochun intensely.

“I did? Wow, Is it that obvious?”

“Are you serious?” Yunho’s shocked by his friend’s answer now.

“Yup. I think I like him,”

“You think? But, Chun! It’s a he!” Yunho’s voice rose, making some people looking at them curiously. Yunho lower his voice, “And you said you’re straight?!”

“Of course I know that,” Yoochun opening his notebook and feign writing motion, as the lecturer staring at them.

“So?”

“He’s cute and kind. I like cute people,” Yoochun smiled suddenly as he remember Jaejoong’ smile and cute attitude. “And that’s enough reason,”

Yunho stare at the ceiling. It’s Sunday, and usually he’s out with the others (which is impossible now, since their group is not complete) or exercising with Min. However, today is not one of those days. He just wants to stay at home.

“Hyung, seriously?” Min asked from the doorway of his room.

“Hm…”

“You don’t want to come?”

“No-oh,” he answered lazily.

“So, you prefer to stay at home and staring at your oh-so-interesting ceiling for the rest of the day?”

“Yes, Min. Now, go!” Yunho throw a pillow towards Changmin, which he catches immediately.

“Ok, I’m off. I’ll tell Chun-Hyung and Jae that you’re so absorbed in watching the ceiling,”

Yunho sit up properly instantly.

“Wait, did you just say-“

“Chun-Hyung and Jaejoong-Hyung, yes, we’re going to play tennis together today,”

“Wait for me! I’ll change my clothes,” Yunho run immediately.

“And that’s because of Chun-Hyung,” Changmin speculated with himself as he watches Yunho scrambled inside his room, “which I highly doubted,”

Jaejoong stared at Jung Yunho while raising one of his eyebrows.

“What?” Yunho asked, as he looked at Jaejoong.

“Changmin,” Jaejoong called, “I believe you said that it’s just the three of us today,”

“Really? I must have forget mentioning Yunho-hyung,”

“Well, it’s nice actually Jae. We can play double now...” Yoochun added.

Jaejoong only pouted as he heard that, he didn’t feel that good after seeing Yunho around, especially with the fact that this is his premiere to play tennis.

“Nooo!! It’s not like that!” Yunho’s yelling can be heard clearly, now.

Jaejoong pouted as he heard the yelling.

“It’s not like that, Jae,” Yoochun said, “You have to look at the ball carefully and hit at the right time.”

“Uhm, like this?” Jaejoong tried to do the serve once again and failed miserably.

Laugh can be heard from across the court now, as Yunho clutched his stomach and leaned to Changmin’s shoulder.

Jaejoong scowled as he saw that.

“Don’t mind him, he’s like that,” Yoochun said again, after he saw who’s Jaejoong looking at.

“I’m really stupid; I think I should just stop,” Jaejoong made a move to leave the court.

“And made me played against them by myself? Come on, you can do this. You’re good so far, and you’ll just make him feels happy and victorious if you do that…”

Yoochun didn’t sprouted nonsense, since Jaejoong can keep up with the game so far, although he missed a ball or two. However, it’s his turn to do the serve and he simply can’t do it.

“Come one, I’ll show you once again…”

Yoochun stand behind Jaejoong and he took Jaejoong’s hand showing how to swing the racket to make serve. “See? Like this, you should swing it like this, powerful but focus,”

He stands really close with Jaejoong and he can smell Jaejoong’s shampoo. It smells like,

“Hm… apple,”

“What?” Jaejoong asked.

“Oh noo, it’s just-“

“HEY! Yoochun!” their conversation was interrupted by a yelling from across the court, “We’re still playing right?”

“Yeah!” Yoochun yelled back while cursing Yunho inside.

“Let them be, Hyung, Chun-hyung just showing how to serve. This is only a pause not stop,” Changmin chuckle as he look at Yunho’s annoyed expression.

“Tsk, you took too long like a snail, Jaejoong!”

Jaejoong think that pouting is his permanent facial expression by now.

“Don’t forget to bend your knees like this,” Yoochun added.

“Like this?” Jaejoong bend, imitating Yoochun.

“No, that’s too low. It’s supposed to be like this, and throw the ball after that,”

“Oh come on! Only moron who can’t serve that ball! You should have got the hang of it by now. Just move your lazy fat ass and serve already!” Yunho shout furiously.

Jaejoong can feel a vein popped.

“Yoochun,” Jaejoong hissed.

“Yes?” Yoochun answered, he wonders why Jaejoong sounds so dangerous right now.

“I think I understand how to do that,”

“Really?”

“Yeah, really,”

After Yoochun take his place, Jaejoong try to do the serve and he did it. Forcefully. However, the ball did not bounce on Yunho and Changmin’s side, instead it flew right to Yunho’s face. And… it hit him right on the nose.*

“15-0,” Jaejoong said and smiled in victory while Yunho cover his nose and whimper in pain.

“Ohhh~ Shit,” Yunho curses as Changmin put the compress over his nose, “Argghh- Min, its hurt!” he mumbled.

“It looks serious, I’ll get an ice pack for you, Hyung,” Changmin run to the office.

“Hm, I think we understand something now?” yoochun asked.

“Whhhat?” Yunho lied on the bench now, because he felt a bit dizzy.

“Don’t mess with Kim Jaejoong?”

“Whatever, I’ll get him after this,” Yunho snapped back.

“Oh shit,”

“What?”

“It’s bleeding, I think I should find paramedic too,” Yoochun ran, leaving Yunho behind.

Yunho can feel the blood now; he wiped it from his nose with his right hand.

Suddenly, someone took his hand and wiped the blood with towel.

“Stop it; don’t wipe it like that,”

“Why do you even care?” Yunho shook his hand free from Jaejoong’s grip.

Because I almost feel guilty, Jaejoong said inside his head.

“Come here; let me see your nose,” Jaejoong pulls Yunho so he’s sitting now.

Jaejoong crouched before Yunho and take a look at his swollen and red nose and wiped the blood with his towel.

“It’s just a minor wound,”

“Minor?! You said this is minor?” Yunho pointed at his nose.

“It will be healed in a blink of an eye,”

“It won’t” Yunho sulked, “Aish,” he holds his head again and close his eyes as dizziness hit him again.

“Are you alright?” Jaejoong asked, his voice filled with concern while he didn’t do it on purpose.

“Just dizzy, happy?” Yunho bit back.

Jaejoong bit his lip; actually he didn’t feel sorry at all for hitting Yunho. He called him fat, for God sake. However, after watching Yunho whimper in pain, he almost feels sorry to him.

Deep down inside, he also didn’t want to be hit with 1) a tennis ball 2) that hard, 3) right on the face.

Uhm, no, thank you.

After contemplating with himself for a few minutes, Jaejoong take a seat on the bench and pulled Yunho to laid his head on his lap.

Caught off guard, Yunho just let Jaejoong wiped his nose and stroke his head.

After some time (and after his cheeks heating up too, he just realized how stupid he is), Jaejoong decided to talk.

“So, how is it?”

“How’s what?” Yunho purred back and coughed to cover his purr, while Jaejoong watch Yunho’s antics curiously.

“The wound of course, is it still hurt that much?”

“Yeah, it is still throbbing,”

Yunho opened his eyes and their gaze met. And the world stills.

Jaejoong is the first person to break that contact and decided to look away, however a hand touched his cheek, making him looking at Yunho again.

“Don’t…” Yunho whispered.

“What?”

Don’t look away, those words remain unspoken as Yunho admired Jaejoong’s big eyes and he can feel his heartbeat increased rapidly as he feels those eyes looking at him intently.

Oh God, those eyes so pretty.

Those lips so pink and inviting…

Is it normal for my heart to beat like this?

“Don’t what, Yunho?”

Yunho realized he had been staring at Jaejoong’s lips a little bit too long.

“You’re just like a mother, don’t hit me again,”

“Hey, Yunho, there’s no med-” Yoochun’s sentence was cut because a hand just covered his mouth.

“Ssshhh, Hyung!” Changmin hiss.

“What? What’s wrong?”

“They’re in their own world,” Changmin pointed at the two, “I guess Yunho-hyung didn’t need his ice pack anymore,”

Yoochun look at Yunho and Jaejoong’s situation.

And he can’t help but feeling jealous inside.

He actually feels jealous towards Yunho. He has plenty of reasons for that: first, despite how much efforts he put into his every work, people will always see Yunho as number one, rather than him, just because he’s a Jung.

Second, all of the girls he put interest, always like Yunho first. This is actually Yoochun’s sensitive spot.

Yoochun experienced his first love when they’re still in junior high school. Yoochun is not a playboy at that time.

At that time, they knew a girl. Kim Mi Na.

She is smart, pretty easy-going. Everybody’s sweetheart and importantly she are not clingy and she can voice her thought towards them.

Yoochun like Mi Na, very much. She was his ideal girl.

However, Park Yoochun’s first love used to be head over heels with Jung Yunho. When Yoochun finaly confessed to Mi Na, she rejected him and said she’s in love with Yunho.

“His nose is bleeding and swollen; they take him to the hospital after that,”

“Serve him right!”

“OMO, I can’t imagine his face tomorrow!”

While the two laughed, imagining Yunho’s face, Jaejoong only stays silent. No, it’s not because he feels guilty this time (he had decided that it’s only almost feeling guilty).

But, he stays silent, because he just realized. He actually cares for Yunho today.

He huffed into his hands, instinctively warming them.

Its cold out here and not the typical everyday cold, but it is cold enough to snow.

He regretted not wearing his gloves, as he pocketed his hands again. He felt slightly dizzy but shrugged it off.

He will show up, just like he promised.

That’s why he will wait.

“Omo, isn’t that the same boy again?” Ye Eun asked as she pointed out the window to the lone figure across the road.

Sun Mi approached the window and nodded. “Yeah, that’s the very same boy.”

“What is he doing out there with only a jacket?”

“How long will he last today?” So Hee asked as she continued sweeping bits of hair from the floor.

“Uhm… Judging from his outfit, he won’t last long today. I say, 3 hours?” Sun Mi said.

“Judging from the previous experiences,” Ye Eun eyed the clock before stating her opinion, “I say he will wait for 4 hours,” She then turned and asked So Hee, “How about you?”

So Hee stopped sweeping, she also looked at the boy from the window. Seeing the boy swayed slightly to the right, she smiled, “I say, his wait today will end in… 30 minutes.”

“EH? 30 minutes? Don’t you think that’s too short?” Ye Eun voiced out her surprise.

“Omo, I will win today! Finally!” Sun Mi yelled happily. “You will have to buy us dinner tonight, So Hee! I want pork and-“

“Yah! Is it such a good thing to bet on other people like that?” a deep voice from behind them cut off their conversation.

“Boss!” the three of them greeted together.

Ye Eun immediately wiped the already clean counter and desks. Sun Mi hurriedly stacked the magazines on the table, and So Hee continued with her sweeping.

“We thought you’re still in the backroom, since there’s no customer now,” Ye Eun said as she wiped the counter.

“Yah, no customer at this kind of hour worries me, you know!” their boss stretched a little bit to relieve his body soreness.

“Oh yeah, at these hour usually high school girls will come to have their usual hair spa, hair cut, manicure.”

“Do you miss their presence and the usual squeal of “Oppa, Oppa!” boss?” So Hee asked while making quite a good impersonation of the girls’ squeals.

“Like I will,” he shuddered as he heard it.

“It’s such a good thing, the girls and ladies who had become regular customer of this place don’t know our boss’ actual taste,” exclaimed Ye Eun.

“And they better don’t,” Sun Mi laughed, “or else we will lose a large amount of income.”

They laughed together at that.

Their boss approached the window and stared at the figure across the street.

“He’s here again.”

“Yup,”

He looked at the boy again while making a thinking gesture, “I say… He will wait for 10 minutes.”

“Eh?” the girls looked up and said at the same time.

“Because I’ll do this,” their boss said as he headed to the door.

“Yah! That’s cheating then!”

“Hello.”

The boy looked up from staring at the pavement and saw a smiling gorgeous man standing in front of him. That man is tall and has a small face with lips curved upwards forming a beautiful smile. He was wearing a black turtleneck and black pants.

“I’m not lost, mister,” the boy said nonchalantly.

The man was a little bit surprised with the reaction he got, but he covered it immediately with his smile, “Yeah, I know. Are you waiting for someone?”

“Apparently, yes.”

Now, was the man’s turn to study the boy’s profile. The boy was shorter than him and had on a white jacket thrown over a shirt underneath and faded blue jeans. Above everything, his hair was the thing that intrigued the man the most. He had long shouldered length hair and bangs that covered (almost) all of his face.

“Ah, around what time will your friend come?”

“He’s already late,” replied the boy, purposely stressing on the word ‘he’. He decided that the pavement was more interesting to look at rather than the handsome and suspicious guy in front of him. Yup, he had categorized that man as suspicious.

He looked at the man again and realized there were two of them now.

Oh oh.

He blinked his eyes and still see double.

Not good.

“Oh,” was all the man says.

Well, of course that’s all I can say!

He was not used to receiving such cold treatments and reactions from either boys or girls, young or old.

“For how long had he been late?” he tried asking again.

“Long enough.”

“Why are you still waiting then?” he tried again. “Aren’t you cold?”

“Why are you still here then, mister? Aren’t you yourself cold with only that shirt on?” the boy snapped, irritated with the fact that this stranger was still here.

Blinking at the answer he received, he replied,” I don’t mean any harm, kid”

The boy pouted for a moment and then answered, “I don’t want to go to a hotel with you.”

The man froze instantly, and no, it was not because of the cold weather.

Pfft.

He almost roared in laughter.

Almost, but he decided to keep it to himself. What is this boy thinking? Look at him! Who would want to- with a boy of his age - Okay, that’s not the point.

“Hey, I saw you standing here for the last four days from my- uhm- from my working place. Today is especially cold, that’s why I decided to approach you. Don’t get me wrong, kid.”

He felt like he was doing a monologue since that kid didn’t even bother to look at him.

“Hey, kid. You see the “U-know” sign across the street?” he turned around and pointed at a particular stylish board in the building across, “It’s where I work so don’t get me wrong. I only want to-”

However his explanation was cut short as he heard a rustling sound behind him, when he turned back around he saw that boy sprawled on the pavements.

“Uhm, it’s actually 24 minutes, boss… So, you’re not winning,” So Hee announced to her boss while opening the door, when he came back to the beauty salon with the boy in his arms.

“I don’t think that’s important right now,” her boss hissed in reply.

“Sun Mi, open the door to the back room.”

Even before he gave her the instructions she had run towards the back room, keeping the door open before going inside to prepare the couch.

“I’ll call the doctor,” Ye Eun said.

He immediately put the boy down slowly on to the couch. Now he’s confused of what to do next.

What should I do?

Suddenly, So Hee showed up beside him, and she reached out her fingers to the boy’s face.

With her forefinger almost touching the boy’s nose, she announced, “He’s still breathing.” To reassure her boss she said again, “Don’t worry.”

“He’s just exhausted and this cold weather may also be partly responsible. Don’t worryy, just give him something warm to eat, let him sleep and rest well, he’ll be healthy again soon,” the doctor said to the four of them.

“He won’t need medicine?”

“No, I don’t think so. But I can prescribe vitamins for him, if you want.”

“Okay.”

He opened his eyes slowly, feeling out of placed. His body felt so heavy. And the sound of people talking sounded like buzzing in his ears.

What day is today?

He had to wake up.

He’ll be late.

His appointment.

He sit up instantly and… realized he was not in his dormitory room.

He looked at an old man who’s writing on the desk near him. He looked like a good guy.

“Ehm, sir…”

The old man turned around and looked at him.

“Oh, you’re awake. How are you feeling young man?”

“Me? I feel fine. Although a bit tired and sore, but that’s normal.”

“Hm.”

The old man checked his body temperature and also his eyes.

“Hm, okay, you look fine.”

“Doctor Shin, is this the vitamin you’re-” he did not get to finish his line, when he saw that the boy had awaken.

Their eyes met.

He sipped the hot chocolate carefully.

It’s 7.30 already. Is he coming today?

“Alright, kid. Stop trying to be a koala,” said that man, who had watched him since he has woken up.

“Koala? I’m not climbing anything now,” he answered cluelessly.

“Not that.” That man looked somewhat pissed off. “Koala never let out a sound, so don’t imitate it and now, talk.”

The boy looked at him, through blank eyes.

“Then, what should I say?”

“Anything.”

Silence.

“Anything that you think is important to say right now.”

Silence ensued.

“Arrghh!!!” he stomped out of the room.

What did I do wrong? He didn’t realize that he had voiced his question out loud.

“You didn’t do anything wrong,” a girl said as she entered the room.

“Although it’s something unusual for him to be like that, he actually expects you to say thank you.”

The boy mouthed a quite “O” in understanding.

The girl smiled back and after taking a few magazines, she headed for the door again.

“Erm, wait, please.”

“Yes?”

“Did-”

How can I ask this?

She tilted her head, silently encourage him to continue.

“Did you, somehow, see a man looking for someone in front of the Blue Moon café?”

“Uhm,” she thought for 3 seconds before replying “No.”

“Oh,” he looked uncertain for a moment.

“And I’m quite sure, since me and Sun Mi stayed outside this room on stand-by for any customer while Ye Eun and boss were inside taking care of you.”

That boy approached the man hesitantly.

“Uhm, I-”

“Feeling better?”

He nodded in response.

“Do you need me to drive you home? Where do you live?”

“No, you don’t need to. I’m fine and it’s near.”

The man raised an eyebrow at him.

“Really, it’s St. Louise dorm.”

Finally the man said, “If you say so.”

“Uhm, thank you for helping and taking care of me today. Sorry for my behaviour earlier,” the boy bowed before running out of the salon immediately.

“Oy, KID!”

He turned around.

“What’s your name?” the man asked again.

“Jaejoong, Kim Jaejoong,”

“I’m Jung Yunho,” the man smiled faintly, “If you still had appointment with whomever it is, you can come and wait in here, anytime.”

It had been a week since the incident. Nowadays, Jaejoong was a frequent visitor to the salon. After school he will go to the salon right away and return home before his curfew. Jaejoong had somewhat befriended the workers and owner of “U-know” beauty salon. Sometimes he even helped the girls and Jung Yunho, if the number of customers were too much for them to handle.

Yeah, Yunho was actually the owner of that place. It’s weird isn’t it? For a handsome and charismatic young man to own and run a beauty salon?

As a matter of fact, Jung Yunho was a weird man.

He’s tall.

He’s handsome.

He’s stylish.

He’s still young. (22 for God sake!)

He’s quite wealthy.

He’s smart. (but he choose to be a hairdresser, weird right?)

Not only from his looks and appearances, he was also kindhearted, outgoing and many people (including women and girls) liked him. A lot.

However, he’s still single. (weird right?)

“Sometimes, I wonder,” Jaejoong drawled out as he watched Yunho being swarmed by highschool girls, “Why Yunho-shi didn’t have a girlfriend?”

“He sure is a looker and kind.” Now, his eyes shone as he watched Yunho handled each and everyone of the girls, with friendliness and smiles. “He can handle every woman and girls nicely, so why?”

Sun Mi and So Hee who were preparing the chemicals for hair, smiled to each other.

“I think it’s quite obvious,” Sun Mi said, as she squirted out a generous amount of something white from a bottle.

“What is obvious?” Jaejoong asked back.

“His taste.”

“What taste?”

Sun Mi and So Hee looked at each other once again and shook their heads together.

“Oh yeah, we’ve forgotten you’re one naive highschooler.”

“Hey, how’s homework?” Yunho asked as he placed a mug of hot chocolate beside Jaejoong’s book.

“Uhm, fine...” Jaejoong said and smiled. He combed his long bangs to the side so that he can read the book better.

Yunho sat beside Jaejoong. For days, Jaejoong having decided to sit on the same place, from here he can see right across the road, the front of “Blue Moon” cafe.

Anyone can guessed right away, that Jaejoong was waiting for someone every single day. If he could, he won’t tear his eyes from the window, not even for a second.

However, it’s still a big mystery for everyone. Who was he waiting for? And why? On what circumstances?

If you asked him, he will only answered, “I’m waiting for someone important. We already promised in the past to meet here this year, this month.”

If you asked further, he will just smiled sadly at you or shake his head.

Why I knew this, you asked? Because I had asked him myself!

“Yunho-shi!” Jaejoong yelled suddenly.

“Ey, what?” Yunho woke up from his stupor. “What did you say?”

“I said, I’ll get fat. Because you guys always served me hot chocolate, cookies and cream soup.”

Yunho laughed as he watched Jaejoong pouted before gulping the hot chocolate down.

“I do think that is good.” Yunho grabbed Jaejoong’s hand, “You need some fat, look at this skinny hand.”

Jaejoong yanked his hand free imediately and missed the surprised look on Yunho face, and retorted, “I think I’m perfectly fine.”

“Kid, with your skinny body and long hair, you really look like a hobo. Come on, let me cut your hair,” Yunho whined.

Jaejoong raised his left eyebrow, “Who is the kid? You are the one who’s always whining.”

“Come on, let me cut your hair. I’ll do a great job and it’s for free! You know how expensive it is to get a hair cut from me. Other people will die just for this chance and now you got me asking to do this for you. You should be grateful, kid,” Yunho asked once again. In fact, he had asked to cut Jaejoong’s hair for days, but Jaejoong always ignored him.

Jaejoong sighed, “I can’t cut my hair.”

“Why? Your hair grows just like seaweed and I believe the bangs always irritate your eyes,” Yunho added.

“Yeah, Jaejoong just let boss cut your hair,” Sun Mi added in as she wiped the counter.

“His continuous whining is going to make my ears bleed,” Ye Eun stated.

“I’m sorry, Yunho-shi. I have promised myself, I won’t cut my hair until I meet him again,”

Yunho can feel something tugged his heart at Jaejoong’s words.

Yunho laid on his bed, wide awake.

Who is he waiting for?

Why is he waiting for him?

Who?

Why is he letting his hair grow like that?

Why can’t I cut it?

Yunho pouted again as those who’s and why’s swirled inside his head.

I shouldn’t be thinking about this, he thought, as he look at the digital clock sitting on his bedside table. It flashed 2:32 AM proudly at him.

Ok, sleep Jung Yunho.

Sleep.

One sheep jumped.

Two sheeps jumped.

Three sheeps jumped.

Wait! He snapped open his eyes, Joongies?

Yunho stayed silent the whole day, especially when a certain someone stepped inside his salon, followed by a chorus of “Hello, Jaejoong” in unison.

“Hello, Sun-Mi noona.”

“Hello, Ye-eun noona, So-Hee.”

Jaejoong walked towards him and said, “Hello, Yunho-shi.”

“Hm,” he only nodded his head at the kid.

“Yunho-shi, do you still open this salon tomorrow?”

When their boss stayed silent, Sun Mi decided to answer it on behalf of her boss, “No, Jaejoong. We’re closed tomorrow, it’s christmas. Why?”

“Sorry, we can’t open the salon just for your convenience,” Yunho suddenly said, which caught the other four person by surprised from his cold remarks.

“Do you need something Jaejoong?” So Hee asked.

“Oh. Nothing.” Jaejoong said, after recovering from his shock, “It’s because I can’t visit you guys tomorrow, I had to attend the school’s party, it is quite a big event.”

“Yeah, just go. Maybe you can find something more interesting rather than staring at a cafe all day. A really good way to spend your time.”

Jaejoong can feel his jaw’s dropped after hearing Yunho’s comment.

“Boss!” Sun Mi yelled at Yunho.

“Oh, of course, Jaejoong, you should attend it. Don’t mind him. It’s his period time. It’s okay,” Ye Eun smiled at him. “Do you need any help in preparing?”

“No, no. Thanks,” Jaejoong shook his head, “Actually, I wanted to give these to you guys,” he reached into his bag, and handed red pouches to each and everyone of them, including Yunho.

Yunho stared the present dumbly.

“That’s all. Sorry if I’ve been a bother,” Jaejoong said before running out of the salon.

After his subordinates were done giving him a lecture, they finally left him alone in the backroom.

Who’s the boss and subordinates, actually? As if I didn’t feel guilty enough.

Yunho sprawled himself out on the couch.

How can I say such cruel words to him?

“Wooow, it’s cookies!”

He can hear So Hee’s voice outside from his current place.

“Oh yeah, it’s so cute,” Sun Mi said.

“Read the message! He said, he made this by himself!” Ye Eun squealed, “Such a nice kid.”

“The cookies are so cute!” Sun Mi said again, still amazed by the cookies, since she cannot bake any, “I don’t have the heart to eat it.”

“Give it to me, then. I have the heart to eat them,” So Hee said.

“Yah, you already finished yours?!”

Yunho took out the red pouch Jaejoong gave him. He stared at it before smelling it.

Cookies.

He opened the pouch carefully and found a bag of heart shaped cookies and an envelope inside.

He took the envelope, and read the letter inside.

Hi Yunho-shi!

Thank you very much for your attention and kindness to me all this time.

We only get to know each other for 17 days, however I can tell that you are actually a good person.

I’m really grateful that you decided to talk to me that day. If you haven’t, we won’t get to know each other like this.

“It’s been a week,” So Hee said out of the blue, as she sat staring out the window facing the Blue Moon cafe.

“Yeah, it’s been a week and he didn’t come to visit us anymore,” Ye Eun said in a sad voice.

“What is happening to him? Oh poor Jaejoong,” Sun Mi said, as both Ye Eun and her glared at one particular person.

“Yah,” Yunho said defensively, “Why are you guys glaring at me?”

“It must be because of you.”

“Yeah, it must be because of you.”

“Why do you always make me responsible for all the bad things? It’s only been 6 days he had not come. Perhaps something good did happen to him on christmas eve,” Yunho spoke casually.

“You somehow looked sad.”

“Yeah. Tell us, boss. Did you somewhat miss him?” Sun Mi asked as she scooted closer to Yunho’s seat.

“What!? No!” was the instant reply he uttered, however under the intense glares of three young ladies, Yunho said, “Yes, just a bit, I miss him, ok.”

“Hmmmm,” Ye Eun drawled as she and So Hee also scooted closer towards Yunho.

“What?” Yunho asked, instantly alert.

“You actually like him, don’t you boss?” So Hee asked as she smiled.

“You’re somehow jealous of that someone Jaejoong is always waiting for, right?”

“Are you guys ganging up on me?”

“Answer us, JUNG YUNHO!” they yelled at the same time.

“Fine! I admit it! I like him, I like Kim Jaejoong, ok? Truthfully, I felt jealous towards that someone he’s always waiting for. Satisfied?”

All three of them smiled instantly and as if on cue, they laughed together.

“What? What’s wrong?”

“OH my god!” Sun Mi managed between laughter.

“Yunnie is so cute, when he’s in love!” So Hee announced and they laughed again together while Yunho’s face was red all over.

Their door bell jingles, signalling a customer was coming. However, it’s near their closing time already.

So Hee, who was sweeping the floor by now, said out of practiced, “Sorry, we’re closed already. Please come back tomorrow, oh I mean, next year.”

“So-Hee, it’s me...” someone said before sobbing could be beard.

So Hee looked up instantly and saw a weeping Jaejoong.

“Jaejoong! Where have you been?” So Hee squealed and approached Jaejoong immediately.

At the mention of Jaejoong’s name, the others who had been lazying around in the back room, scrambled out at once while muttering or yelling, “Jaejoong!” “Jaejoong is here?”

Ye Eun and Sun Mi practically screamed and swarmed around Jaejoong instantly after they caught the sight of Jaejoong. While, Yunho only watched from afar, all the while smiling like an idiot.

“Ok, noona, I’m fine. I’m fine,” Jaejoong said while rubbing his tears from his face with one hand.

The other four just realized that his other hand was clutching on to someone else’s hand.

“Em, who is this Jaejoong?” Ye Eun voicing out everyone’s thought.

“Oh, him?” Jaejoong asked as he waved his and that man’s intertwined hands. “Introduce yourself.”

The man with bright eyes and black hair looked handsome although, Yunho guessed, he’s already in his 30’s.

“Hello, ladies, my name is Jo Min Ki, I am Jaejoong’s hyung,” he said as he winked at Ye Eun, who shuddered in reply.

“Jaejoong,” Sun Mi said, “I don’t want to think so, but... Is he the one you’re always waiting for?”

“Hm? Oh yeah, he’s the one I’m waiting for. Come to think of it, I came to this place to tell you guys, that I have met him and I don’t have to bother you guys again,” he looked at Yunho now, and bowed, “Sorry, for bothering you, Yunho-shi,”

Yunho wrinkled his eyebrow in distaste as he studied the other man’s appearance, “How did you meet him, Jaejoong?”

“Oh,” Jaejoong rubbed his nose once again.

“We met during Christmas. After the party, I went to my cousin’s house and on my way, I met him walking around with young girls,” Jaejoong said glaring at the said man.

“After I called him, he run off. I searched for him with my cousin after that, and we just got home. I can’t believe it, you don’t remember your promise?!” Jaejoong said exasperatedly.

“What promise?” Min Ki decided to tear his eyes from Sun Mi and looked at Jaejoong, “The “I’ll be home next year when the snow starts falling, wait for me here” promise? Come on, Jaejoong, no one will take that kind of promise seriously. I don’t even remember where that “here” actually is.”

“But, Hyung!”

“I don’t remember. You can live freely without me, why are you waiting for me anyway? Come on, let go of my hand, I have to hunt for pretty ladies at this kind of time an-“

His line was cut off as a punch landed on Min Ki’s left cheek.

The girls plus Jaejoong gasped at the sight.

“I can’t believe it!” He yelled at Jaejoong, his left eye twitched, “I just can’t believe it! For an ajushi?!?”

“What?” was the only reply he got from Jaejoong.

“Thinking that you’re wasting your time and growing your hair for one person, is stupid enough. But! To do all those things for him! Only a moron would do that!” Yunho pointed at that man, who’s holding his cheek.

“It’s not stupid!” Jaejoong yelled back, “It’s not stupid, he’s my… My Hyung, what makes it so stupid?”

“All of it-“

“Hey! Who are you? Why are you hitting me? And why are you yelling at Jaejoong? Who gave you the right to hit me and yell at him?”

“Me? I’m Jung Yunho.” Yunho looked at the man once again, “First, I hit you because you deserved to be hit. I yelled at him, because I care for him, and you don’t have the right to suddenly care for him too,”

“For who gave me the right?” Yunho continued as he walked closer to that man.

“I gave that right to myself, when I fall in love with Kim Jaejoong and you should just die and rot in a hole!”

Yunho give him another punch and another one after he said that.

Jaejoong who got so shocked after Yunho’s outburst can only watched, while the three girls were trying to hold Yunho back. Yunho, on the other hand was still trying to punch Min Ki and/or kick him.

“Stop! Stop it Yunho-shi!” Jaejoong yelled at Yunho, once he realized the situation.

“Stop! Don’t hit my dad, please!” Jaejoong threw himself to Yunho’s back, riding him while holding onto his hands, “Don’t kill my daddy, please!”

After registering what Jaejoong had just yelled, Yunho stayed still.

His dad?

“I’m sorry if I had given you the wrong idea all this time,” Jaejoong said timidly as he held the ice pack for Min Ki.

“Earlier you said, Hyung,” Yunho stressed.

“You act like you were waiting for your lover to come,” So Hee said.

“He looks too young to be your father,” Sun Mi added, which was followed by a muffled “Thank you, young lady” from Min Ki.

“You looked so desperate,” Ye Eun said.

“Explain, please” Yunho requested.

“He really is my father. Although he is only 35, and I’m already 17, but he really is my father,” Jaejoong started. “As you guys can see, he used to and currently still is a playboy,” Jaejoong stated as he pressed on the ice pack.

“Ouch, that hurts.”

“I am the result of his careless behaviour, after that, he got married with my mom, but the marriage only lasted for 3 years. My mother died in a car accident. What is worse is the fact that my father left me in his sister’s home and continues on with his carefree lifestyle. He didn’t want to be burdened by me.”

They listened to Jaejoong’s story in silence.

“I hardly see him. He only comes back once a year,” Jaejoong wrinkled his eyebrows as he continued on with the story, “When he remembers that he actually has a son.”

“I know, I shouldn’t wait and hope for you to come, but...”

“Last year, you promised me, that we will visit Mum’s grave bringing her favourite soup from that cafe. That’s why I hope but you never came, stupid Hyung,” Jaejoong gritted his teeth.

“Why do you call him hyung?” Sun Mi asked, out of curiosity, after she thought Jaejoong was finished with his story.

“Simply because he asked me to. He said, his market will crumble to the ground if I called him daddy in front of public,” Jaejoong said as if he was the weather’s announcer.

“The hair promise?” Yunho asked.

“Because, my mother likes my hair. I think I will cut it after I visited the grave with him.”

Yunho nodded in understanding, suddenly feeling embarrassed for his outburst earlier.

“Uhm, sorry...” Yunho said. “Sorry Jaejoong for yelling to you, sorry for my outburst and this is a bit late, but I’m sorry for saying such harsh words to you, the day before Christmas.”

“And to you, sir. I hate to say this, but,”

Min Ki raised his eyebrow and smiled, expecting the same apology.

“I’m not sorry for hitting you. I do think you deserved it for abandoning your son and forgetting your promise.”

Silently, Jaejoong smiled at Yunho.

“Ok, everyone. Sorry for being such a bother,” Jaejoong bowed at them while Min Ki has already walked away.

“Ah, Hyung!” Jaejoong called out and ran towards him. However, after a few more steps, he ran back towards Yunho, pulled the front of his shirt and kissed his cheek.

“Thank you for everything, Yunho-shi! I kinda want to hit him too but I can’t since he IS my father after all.”

Although Jaejoong’s already out of sight, Yunho was still standing near the door with this stupid grin decorating his face.

“It’s only 2nd January! Why you asked me to come here, Sun Mi?!” Yunho yelled.

“Perhaps, there will be customers in need of the salon’s services, boss. Who knows?” she said cheerfully, while the other two girls were wiping, sweeping and smiling to each other secretly.

“Just handle them. I don’t want to,” Yunho said stubbornly, his child-like attitude resurfaced.

Their door jingled, a sign of customer arriving at “U-know” salon.

“Boss!” Ye Eun called him happily, “A customer!”

“You handle it,” Yunho replied lazily as he closed his eyes and pretended to be asleep in Jaejoong’s usual seat.

“I will just have a haircut from you then, Ye Eun noona,” a familiar voice stated.

Yunho’s eyes snapped open instantly, “Jaejoong! No! Me! Me!” He shouted as ran towards Jaejoong.

He hummed happily an abstract song, no one knew as he cut Jaejoong’s hair professionally. After drying Jaejoong’s hair, Yunho arranged Jaejoong’s hair especially his bangs so it will fall neatly.

A perfect haircut for a perfect jet black silky hair.

Yunho looked at the face in the mirror. Jaejoong stared back at him, through big doe eyes, that won’t ever be covered by silly bangs anymore.

And those big doe eyes stole Yunho’s breath away.

“So, how much does this cost, Yunho-shi?”

“Uhm, it’s quite expensive.”

“Really?” Jaejoong pouted, “But you said I can get a free haircut.”

“That offer had expired.”

“But, I have given you a Christmas present while you didn’t give me any,” Jaejoong tried once again.

“Oh yeah, I have to count that in,” Yunho said while making a thinking gesture.

“Well, Jaejoong it will cost you only this.”

In a swift movement, Yunho caught Jaejoong’s head from behind, pulled it slightly backwards and kissed those pouty lips. Fully. Taking all of Jaejoong’s breath at once.

Those lips tasted like heaven, so sinfully sweet. Yunho moved his lips, once, twice and although he really didn’t want to, he finally released Jaejoong’s lips with a smacking sound.

Yunho grinned widely as he looked at the pouting and blushing Jaejoong, “There, spiderman style.”

“Changmin,” his hyung called him.
Although he heard him, Changmin ignored him giving the sign that he’s too pre-occupied with whatever he was doing right now, and did not even have one minute for his hyung.
“Hey, Changmin...” his hyung tried again, sounding like a desperate child. Way to go, Jaejoong-hyung, the wonder you did, when you’re not even here, Changmin thought.

Realizing he had been ignored by the magnae. Yunho stopped calling him and pouted instead. Yunho laid his body on to the carpeted floor and sighed again. Feeling bored like whoa and actually, missing someone with big doe eyes and pink pouty lips like whoa too. He cannot meet him. He cannot talk to him. And he even cannot talk about his feelings right now, because the only living creature in this apartment was acting like a statue all of a sudden.

“HAAAAHHH...” he sighed again, quite loudly this time, to show just how bored he was.
“Could you stop that, hyung?”
“Stop what?” he asked in a so innocent tone while looking at Changmin.
“I’m reading right now and I can’t even concentrate if you do that haa-haa thing every second.”
“I’m not doing it every second,” Yunho pouted again.

Come on, save your child-like attitude for Jae-hyung, please! Changmin screamed inside his head.

“Just call him.”
“The company monitors our calls; you for one should know that.”
“Visit him,” Changmin suggested, never taking his eyes away from the book.
“We definitely can’t. YOU.KNOW.THAT,” Yunho stressed his words, “Make some serious suggestion, please. You’re not a genius for nothing right?”
Changmin decided he had enough of his hyung’s childish act (and I-missed-Jae-so-much-syndrome) right now. He stood up suddenly, placed the novel down on the sofa and headed for the door.

“Yah! I’m not done,” Yunho yelled at Changmin’s back.

“You owe me one,” Changmin said 10 minutes after he disappeared.
“What did I owe you, you heartless dongseng?” Yunho bit back at him.

“I’m spending my diamond worthy time, to go downstairs and borrowed a cellphone from a noona I knew, so you can call him, but this is what I get as a reply. Shoot me, I’m going to give this back,” Changmin said, as he waved the cellphone in front of Yunho.
“Oh my, thank you my considerate dongseng. I love you,” said Yunho as he hugged his dongseng immediately.

As Yunho made his way to his room, Changmin yelled, “I have paid all the credits in that phone, however you should pay me triple for all the hardships you made me go through.”

“Are you trying to rob me?”

Jaejoong look at the screen with bored and empty eyes. He was sprawled out on the sofa, watching the television alone, as Yoochun and Junsu were playing video games inside their room. Well, he’s supposedly watching the television, however who will watch a movie about girls, make up and hair-do.
.....
“What an awful show,” he spat to no one in particular. “There has to be something better showing than this, where’s that remote control?”
After looking for some time, he found the remote laying innocently on the floor and he tried to reach it.

“Unnnff,” he stretched his left hand.
“Eeerrrghhh,” he stretched some more.
Now he even waved his hand, “Nggghhhh,”
“Huh,” he huffed.
“Actually, it’s not that awful,” he said as a justification.

Right after he said those lines, he can hear a familiar laughter from the hallway, “Yoochun! If you saw that, you should have helped me earlier.”
“No way, hyung, It was such a good show.”
Jaejoong pouted as he heard that.
“You should have held the remote control from the beginning, not your cellphone.”
“Don’t give me a reply, if you just want to tease me.”
“What are you expecting anyway, hanging on to your phone day and night?”
“For it to change into a fairy,” Jaejoong spat bitterly.
“Oh, sarcasm does not fit you, hyung.”

“HYUNG!” they heard Junsu shout suddenly, before he scrambled out from his room.
“What?” Jaejoong still lazying around.
“Yunho-hyung!” he beamed as he handed Jaejoong his phone.
Jaejoong sat up straight immediately as he heard that.

“Oy,” Jaejoong said to the phone.
“Oy?” Yunho chuckled. “How cold is that? I’m freezing here.”
“Good for you,”
“What’s wrong?”

“The only wrong thing around here is that... our crazy dongsengs is still around me, trying to listen in with stupid grins plastered on their faces.”

Yunho laughed on the other line as he heard Jaejoong shoo-ing Yoochun and Junsu away. He heard Junsu’s statement about “their quality time, alone” and Yoochun statement about “ohh ~ phone sex, hyung? That’s why you didn’t want us to be around?”
Yunho grinned from ear to ear as he heard Jaejoong’s yelling.
“Phone sex? Is that what’s on your mind, Jaejoong-shi?”
“In your wildest bloody wet dream, Jung-shi.”
“I only have to imagine you writhing naked underneath me to have a wild wet dream, however I can never have a bloody dream, since I won’t have period forever. Is that a way to reject the phone-sex idea, Jaejoong shi?”
Jaejoong laughed as Yunho rationalized his crazy outburst.

“Uhm, that idea kinda appealing, I’ll think about it for a while,” Jaejoong purred.
“So, what should we talk about right now?”
“What are you doing right now?”
“Me? Watching the night sky of Seoul, you?”
“Liar, you won’t be, tell me the truth,” Jaejoong replied.
Yunho smiled, “Ok... to tell you the truth, I’m reading Playboy’s latest issue. I think you should read it too.”
Jaejoong pouted. “And I really think you should jump naked into a swimming pool full of sharks, Jung Yunho,” he threatened.
Yunho laughed out loud at that.
“I think I will find Taegoon tomorrow, drink with him all night and perhaps I will kiss him in my haziness.”
“You. Won’t. Dare,” Yunho’s every word laced with jealousy, as his mind drifted to the news of Jaejoong spending time together with Taegoon lately.

“Says who? I’ve been craving for touches and kisses lately.”
“Craving touches and kisses from me right?”
“Depends,” Jaejoong slouched back on to the sofa.
“On?”
“Your honest answer, Jung-shi. I repeat, what are you doing right now?”

Yunho take a deep breath before answering, “I’m in my lover’s bedroom. Sitting on his bed. Hugging his pillow. Breathing in his scent, while talking to that jealous said boyfriend. Satisfied my love?”
Jaejoong can’t help but feel his smile growing with each word uttered by Yunho, “Now you make me want to kiss you senseless, why didn’t you say it earlier?”
“And letting you know that I’m missing you like crazy while you actually have the heart to abandon me here by myself? No way.”
“You’re not by yourself. You have Changminnie over there. It’s not that bad.”
“Yeah, it’s not that bad, it’s worse.” Yunho whined to Jaejoong, “He can be a statue, if he wants to.”
“Sorry,” Jaejoong said all of the sudden.
“For what?”
“For making you and him feel like this.”
“Not your fault. Just promise me one thing.”
“Hm? What is it?”
“Think of me.”
This time it was Jaejoong’s turn to laugh out loud.
“Hey, I’m serious here, Joongie. Think of me, all the time. Like how I think of you every second of the day.”
“Ok, I will.”
“Seriously, promise me.”
“Why do I have to promise you?”
“I’m scared Joongie.”
“Of what?”
“That you will run off with another person. You have tons of girls, different types and nationalities around you,” Yunho purposely stressed on the nationality part, “Even boys from Korea or Japan, younger or even much older. Don’t scare me so much, please.”
“STU-PID. I’ll only love you, Jung Yunho. My heart will only beat for you, not for anyone else. Oh, crap, I also became like this.”

Yunho smiled after Jaejoong comforted him.
“Where are you right now?”
“Me? Living room.”
“Move into the room, I don’t want you to fall asleep there.”
“I will leader-shi,” Jaejoong said as he moved his lazy ass to the bedroom.

“I want to ask something before you fall asleep and started snoring.”
“What?”
“Why are you calling Junsu? Aren’t you scared of them monitoring us?”
“Changmin borrowed a phone from the neighbour and... I just want to tease you, because I’m 100% sure, you’re clutching and suffocating your phone, that’s why I called Junsu. Come to think of it, we should reward Changmin for reuniting Yunjae again, perhaps I should treat him.”
“Damn you Jung Yunho for being such a tease,” Jaejoong said in a hoarse sleepy voice.
“Love you Kim Jaejoong for having such a sexy voice.”
“Love you too.”
“Phone sex?”
“I’ll pass,.”
“Sing for me then, until I sleep.”
And Jaejoong obliged.

“Here, Sun-mi noona, thank you for lending us your phone, it’s been such a big help,” Changmin said as he handed the phone back while grinning from ear to ear.
“Oh, of course. I will lend it anytime you ask,” Sun Mi continued in a low voice, “Anyway, is it really?”
“Yeah, of course!” Changmin started nodding agressively.
“They really use your phone to have phone sex! They used it all night, I even saw Yunho-hyung sleeping with a contented smile this morning. That’s why I’m afraid they really used all of your credit. I think I should pay you for...”
“NO! You shouldn’t!” Sun Mi rejected his offer. “I’m happy that Yunjae use my phone for the night.”
“You’re really a life saver, noona. Just think that you have saved Yunjae relationship last night.”
Sun Mi nodded happily and clutched the phone in her hands tightly as if it’s a sacred object.
After waving goodbye, Changmin walked happily back to the apartment. His pocket was full with Yunho’s compensation and he will have a great lunch sponsored by Yunjae. Oh the joy of Christmas!

However, once you scrutinized it, there’re many cracks and loopholes.

Their weaknesses, Jaejoong should, no, he MUST use it.

It makes the relation is a fragile one, especially since it had never been tested.”

Jaejoong twirled the pen in his hand, as Junsu’s statement rang inside his head.
Yoochun once told Junsu, that the four of them never –not even once- fight among themselves, since elementary school. And don’t count Siwon and Dongwook continuous bicker as one, because that’s not what Yoochun categorize as fight.

They bickered.
They argued.
They disagreed about things.
They cursed.
They labelled each other.

But they never fight for real against each other.

Yoochun said there’s nothing more worth it than their friendship.

They had strong bonds.

From the outside.

Jaejoong turned a deaf ear to what the lecturer had said while maintaining his straight face.

However, from inside it’s fragile.

One push in the “right” direction will make them crumble right away.

Jaejoong stopped twirling his pen.

After hearing Junsu’s entire story, he was determined now. He will make those jerks pay.

First is the Choi’s brothers.

Jaejoong is in the middle of typing his assignments, when suddenly his phone rang. Out of habit, he flipped open his phone, and answered, “Hello,”

“Hello, good evening,” a deep voice answered, “Is this Mr. Kim Jaejoong?”

“Yes, Jaejoong speaking,”

“Sir, I am the manager from Rabobank, I just want to confirm some things. Is it true that you are a credit card holder from our bank?”

“Yes, I am,” Jaejoong stopped typing as he listens to the speaker attentively.
“Is it true that you had bought diamond ring, a race horse, apartment unit and spent $300.000 yesterday?”

“What?!!” Jaejoong’s eyes bulged. “No!”

“Are you sure, Sir? Because the data shows other wise,”

“I am sure I didn’t; I can’t even imagine my self spending $10.000, and now we’re talking about $300.000?” Jaejoong nearly yelled now.

“But, the record shows that you had bought a pair of diamond ring a-”

“I didn’t! You better check again!”

“Perhaps it’s your wedding ring sir?” the voice on the other line didn’t sound that deep anymore.

“NO, are you crazy? I’m only 21!”

“For your lover?” he insisted.

“I don’t have one!” Jaejoong yelled back, silently questioning the manager’s sanity.

“Oh~~ you don’t,”

Jaejoong stopped instantly as he heard giggle.

“Hello?” Jaejoong asked again as he furrowed his eyebrows, “Is this really from Rabobank?”

“Yes, sir, of course!” that person can’t hid his amusement anymore. Jaejoong instantly knew that voice.

He looked at his phone’s screen and felt so dumb right that second.

Dongwook.

I am so stupid.

“Choi Dongwook, you’ll be dead by tomorrow!” Jaejoong hissed that sentence.

Instead of cowering, Dongwook laughed after he heard Jaejoong’s threat.

“What is so funny, huh? I almost got a heart attack!”

“Sorry, I just want to chat with you, however that idea crossed my mind suddenly and I just can’t let it slip away,”

Jaejoong scowled. He had the urge to yell profanities to Dongwook and hang up that very moment however he can’t. He’s still in the plan, remember?

“Damn. You!” pronounced every word wholeheartedly.

“Aaww.. Don’t be mad, Jae…”

“You’re used to do this, huh?”

“Not really, just to certain people.”

“What kind of certain people?” Jaejoong asked, as if curious.

“Hm…You really want to know?”

Jaejoong swear he can picture Dongwook’s sly smile right away.

Jaejoong huffed after he pressed the red button. He rubbed his right ear, it felt so warm. Of course, he just talk for one hour non stop with Dongwook, if he didn’t tell his mom called him, he believe that Dongwook will talk on and on about the funny event in Hawaii with one of famous singer (Jaejoong believe it was one of his ex).

Just when his hands reached the keyboard, his cellphone ringing again.
Learning from the experience, this time he chooses to look at the caller.

Siwon

He huffed again. Preparing himself, and forcing a smile and he flipped the phone.

“Hello,” he said sweetly.

“Ahhhh~~~” Jaejoong sighed. He’s damn tired right now. His entire body feels so sore.

Yesterday morning, Dongwook picked him up from home and said they will work out together with his friends and they’ll have a lot of fun. It’s true they had played soccer and had a lot of fun, with Dongwook’s friends and majority of them are singers and models.

Right after Dongwook dropped him home, Siwon called. They went to painting’s exhibition and had a talk with the famous painter, after that both of them had a fabulous dinner together.

Jaejoong’s impressed. Really, he’s impressed with the effort both of them pulled. It’s not an everyday thing to play soccer with celebrities. It’s not also an everyday thing to have a talk with a famous painter from Europe.

He had met many celebrities and important executive because of Dongwook and Siwon.

He will fall for them and crazy over them (or one of them) if he was a girl, and if he didn’t know their reputation.

I bet, they usually did this kind of things to woo the girls. (Read: victims)

As Jaejoong massaged his leg feet, he contemplates the events from the night before and chuckled as he remembers the obvious worship he saw from their eyes.

It’s quite hard to entice 2 guys at the same time, especially if you also have to maintain the good and innocent image. However, to his own amazement, he can!

He can share time, attention and keep up his image and the most magical thing is: at the same time he can plant hate seeds between the Choi’s brothers.

If Dongwook asked him to go out, he will say that Siwon also ask him at the same day, and vice versa.
He will maintain his straight face and puppy eyes as he rejects one of them. Asking if it’s alright to postponed their friendly outing (the Choi’s always say that there’s no hidden agenda behind all their “outing”, so Jaejoong also sticks with it and says they’re only bestfriends), eventually they will nod their heads and feel resentment towards the other Choi not him.

Hahahaha!

At the same time, he can also collect data from each other and use it wisely. For example:

“Is it true that you had dated that girl before?”

“Hm? Which girl?”

“Oh, the model with sultry voice and big boobs we met yesterday, uhm…” Jaejoong acts as if he tries to remember a name,
“Oh, Shin Hye!” Jaejoong said excitedly. “I never knew, you’re interested in that kind of girl,” Jaejoong smiled.

“I never dated her!” Dongwook laughed awkwardly. “Who told you?”

“Oh, Siwon told me.” Jaejoong said lightly as he drinks the juice.

Jaejoong’s inner self smiled as he saw Dongwook’s rigid expression.

On another occurrence:

“This place is beautiful right?” Siwon asked rhetorically, as he scanned the open space.

“Is it true that you once dumped your girlfriends here?” Jaejoong asked calmly.

“Here?”
“Yeah, here. This particular park, I heard the girl cried for days,”

“No! No!! How can I do that?”

“Oh, sorry, my mistake then…”

They continue to chat and walked around the park, until Siwon blurted,

“Who told you that?”

“Told me what?” Jaejoong asked as he tilted his head although he knew exactly what Siwon’s asking.

Really, he can’t hold his smile as he saw Siwon’s clenching his fist.

Now, Jaejoong almost 100% certain, the Chois will rip apart after yesterday’s provocation.

Why?

Because yesterday Jaejoong had used the little facts Junsu shared with him; the reason behind Dongwook and Siwon’s competitive attitude.

“Jae, do you want to continue torture the steak?” Changmin asked, as he observes Jaejoong’s poking the meat.

“No. I think I’m full,” Jaejoong smiled, he pulled the plate a little.

“Where are they?” Yunho asked impatiently.

“Who?” Yoochun asked back.

“Siwon and Dongwook, of course! I haven’t seen them since this morning.”

“Isn’t it usual for them to wander around? Don’t worry, Hyung!” Changmin patted his back, “Although, it’s kind of quiet here without them and Eun Hye noona,”

“Yup, ever since Eun Hye decided to eat with her friends and Dongwook or Siwon’s frequent absence, it’s kind of quiet with just the four of us,” Yoochun added.

Yeah, cause nowadays Eun Hye eats with Junsu. We have to keep their relation with Junsu unknown anyway, that’s why Eun Hye didn’t join the lunch club again, Jaejoong thought.

“Aish! Where are they?” Yunho asked once again, tapping his feet impatiently.

“Why are you so worried, Hyung?”

“I don’t know. But I think the relation between them getting worse nowadays,”

Jaejoong choked a little at that.

Yoochun chuckled a little before asking, “What makes you think so?”

“Yeah, Hyung. It’s normal for them to quarrel and…”

“It’s not a normal quarrel nowadays! I do-”

A sream to the cafeteria cut Yunho’s statement,

“A FIGHT!! A FIGHT NEAR THE GARDEN!”

Many murmurs and comments can be heard right away.

Yoochun clicked his tongue, “So what?”

“BETWEEN CHOI SIWON AND CHOI DONGWOOK!!!”

The four of them quickly stand up and run to the garden.

The area near the garden surrounded by many people, they can’t come near it.

“Move away!” Yunho yelled.

Instantly the people before him dispersed and give a way for them. Now, they can recognize the people who are fighting right away.

It’s Siwon and Dongwook.

Both of them have bruises on their faces, Dongwook’s nose is bleeding and Siwon is in the process of punching Dongwook.

After the second punch, Dongwook suddenly pushed Siwon away and kicked his stomach.

“Stop!” Yunho yelled, however the two didn’t hear it, or didn’t want to hear it.

“Stop! Hyung, stop!” Changmin also yelled.

When they saw, Dongwook launched a kick again to Siwon, Yoochun and Changmin immediately caught Dongwook and hold him.

Before Siwon can throw another punch, Yunho caught his arm and hold him back.

“What’s wrong with you, Siwon?” Yunho asked.

“What’s wrong with me? ME?! You better asked that bastard, what is so wrong with him!”

Dongwook struggled again, “YOU BACKSTABBED ME, BASTARD! I shouldn’t have trusted you!!”

Siwon stopped, and said in a cold tone, “I’m the one who shouldn’t trusted you,”

“Let go, Yunho,”

Yunho dropped Siwon’s arm.

Siwon walked away from the area.

Dongwook who still looks angry, also walked away from there and head to another direction.

They’re very competitive towards each other, because in the future one of them will be chosen as the heir of Choi’s company by their grandparents.

Since they were little, their parents told them that. So, naturally they’re being competitive with each other.”

Junsu’s statement rang inside his head.

Yesterday, between all of the activities, Jaejoong had slipped a “little facts” to the Chois,

“I heard, he actually really interested in Choi family business. He can’t wait to take over it and I think he will do great if he can lead the company,”

That one simple statement thrown in front of each of them caused this. How fragile is their relation actually?

Jaejoong knew he just accomplished yet another stage of his plan.

However, there’s this little something that continuously nudged his chest.

“What happen to them? Why?” Yoochun asked.

Jaejoong only stays silent, although he knew why, although he is the reason. He looked at Park Yoochun, his next victim.

OMO! Even in Jakarta!

I just realized that Rain really got the attention in Indonesia because of his concert. ~~(and the price of the tickets)~~

And this particular thread is one of the prove, additionally IT makes me laugh so HARD!!

This thread, provide two free tickets for RAIN's concert in Jakarta. The only thing they had to do, is post, why they want to watch the concert (or why the tickets should be theirs) and what is Rain's latest hollywood movie...

and really, people give great (and funny) reasons:

For example:

There's this particular person, LoverMinded, who posted at least three times(?) with different reasons. And eventually she is the winner.
Her reason is soooo crazy:
- I had called Rain, he said he can not take care the tickets for me, because he didn't know the person who's in charge for the tickets
- I want to be the first person who get on the stage and touch Rain (at least his shoes)
- The most noble reason I had: So that I can record his performance and upload it in youtube, so the other fan of rain can watch his performance
- My family is a pharmacist, so when many people fainted because of Rain, I will take care of them, and get a lot of money from it ---> LOL
- So, my friends thought that I am a rich person. because the tickets is so expensive!

Also, another crazy reason...
The person who started this thread will get many blessings from God, because he had stopped me from committing crimes, and also from making me a depressed person.

LOL, LOL, I don't know, perhaps it will be funnier in Indonesian... or i'm just not that good in translating XD

Chapter 8
Part II: Met the ally

Our lunch club.

Ours.

Can he really say that, while in fact he deceived each and every one of them?

He sighed again for the umpteenth time that day.

He flipped the book’s page in his hand although he didn’t read a single line of it.

He should just stop all of this.

“But, how?” he found himself asked that question out loud.

Deciding that library is just not the place to contemplate things like this (read: Jung Yunho), he decided to go home. Instead of leaving the book in the table with other tons of book (which students carelessly left behind), Jaejoong took the history books and head to the shelves.

After he placed the books to its rightful place, he decided to go home. On his way towards the door, he saw someone who carries lots of books, trying desperately to balance stacks of thick books in one hand, while the other hand tries to put a book in the shelves.

Jaejoong found himself help the other boy instantly.

“Thank you for your help!” the boy said cheerfully while smiling.

Jaejoong decided he likes that boy instantly, “It’s okay, I don’t have anything to do at the moment anyway,”

“Why are you putting back the books by yourself?” Jaejoong asked after he saw that boy took another stacks of thick book from the table and placed it to the shelves carefully.

“Because it is my job!” the other exclaimed.

After examining the other’s appearance, Jaejoong decided that boy didn’t have the look of an office boy or librarian at all.

“Aren’t you a student here?” Jaejoong asked carefully, while the other boy reading the book’s code.

“Yes, I am,”

Jaejoong eyed him as he walk a few steps to put the book into the right shelf.

“Then, why?”

“Hahaha… You must be confused right? Why a student wants to do kind of job?” his laugh is really unique.
“I am a student because of scholarship. That’s why I also helped here. Old Mrs. Lee didn’t have the strength to do this kind of job anymore,” that boy explained after Jaejoong nodded. “So you don’t have to worry, like I said this is my job!”

“You work here voluntarily?” Jaejoong found himself asked again.

“Uhm... Not really, since I kind of need the money,” he smiled and Jaejoong knew he spoke the truth.

Intrigued by that friendly guy, without even realizing it, Jaejoong continued to talk and helped that guy.

“You took art as your major?”

“Yes, since I love to sing and I love music since I was a kid,”

Jaejoong read the book’s code and put it in the upper shelf, after some time he finally understand some of the codes.
“You must have a beautiful voice then…”

“Yeah, I have…” he said confidently. After that, both of them look at each other and laugh instantly.
“Sorry, sometimes I tend to say narcissistic things, but…”

“Hahaha, I know, I know… It’s good anyway,”

“Where is the shelf of this book? The code is kind of weird…” Jaejoong hands him a book.

“Oh, this is a law philosophy book, there’s a number missing from the code, that’s why you’re confused,” Jaejoong followed the other guy, after he adds a number with a permanent marker; he puts it to the right shelf.

“Okay, that’s the last book for today!” he exclaimed happily, “Thank you so much for today, you had helped me for 2 hours!” he said after eying the clock.

“Oh, you’re right! I didn’t even realize it.” Jaejoong smiled, “Anyway, I haven’t introduced myself to you, my name is Jaejoong, Kim Jaejoong,” Jaejoong holds out his right hand.

However, the other boy didn’t shake his hand. He frowned and looks lost in his world.

“Uhm, is there something wrong?”

“Ah, no! No, it’s just your name resembles an old friend of mine. However, you had a different family name to him and… you didn’t look like him at all anyway. Hahaha, sorry,” he shakes Jaejoong’s hand and said, “My name is Kim Junsu, I hope I can see you around later,”

This time, it was Jaejoong’s turn to freeze, as he instantly remembers that name. Wait, that face, that voice, that attitude especially that laughs! Jaejoong can’t believe it, how he can’t recognize him instantly?!

“Junsu? A-as in Kim Junsu?” Jaejoong stuttered.

“Yeah, that’s what I just stated,”

“OMO!!!! Su!!” Jaejoong instantly squeeze that poor boy, “Su, it’s me!! It’s me, Jae!”

“Huh?!” Junsu choked.

“Your childhood friend! Jaejoong! Used to be Han Jaejoong,”

“What?! Jaejoong? You are really THAT Han Jaejoong?!”

Jaejoong nodded eagerly.

“Oh my!!! You changed. I mean like, you really-really had change!” Junsu studied Jaejoong’s appearance once more.
“What-when did you? How? Why?” Junsu spurted all the questions at once, “I mean, where did you hide all of the fat huh?” He laughed his unique laugh again, still staring at Jaejoong, as if he’s a miracle.
Jaejoong smiled wholeheartedly, before answering, “It’s quite a long story you know,”

Jaejoong twirled his pen instead of taking notes, he sighed again as he remember his conversation with Junsu last night.

At first he only wants to catch up on Junsu, on the things that he had left behind. That’s why, he invited Junsu to come to his house. However, after Jaejoong questioned about his scholarship status, Junsu suddenly had this sad look on his face.

He finally told his story. Few years after Jaejoong departure, a bad thing occurred to Junsu’s family. Junsu’s father was deceived by his business partner, whose still a family. To covered for the debt, Junsu’s family had to give all of their assets. Junsu almost can’t go to school after that. Luckily, Junsu’s father knows the headmaster of Seoul International School plus the fact that Junsu is a clever student, he can get full scholarship until he graduate from University, only if he still stays in Seoul International School.

“Hey, why are you look so sad? Come on cheer up, it happens in the past!”

“But, I still think it’s unfair, you’re a good guy. Why something bad occurred to you?”

“Hahaha, that’s God’s mystery. Come on, now, you have to tell me your secrets!”

“Se-secret?” Jaejoong stuttered, as he automatically thinks about “his plan”.

“Yeah, how can you be this slim and pretty?”
“Oh, that...” Jaejoong laughed nerveously, out of the blue he said, “Hey, Junsu, tell me...”

“Yeah?”

“Do you still remember Jung Yunho and his gangs?”

Junsu stiffened up for a moment, before answering, “Yeah, why?”

Jaejoong sighed for the umpteenth time today.

He didn’t even know why, but...

He had blurted all of his plan to Junsu.

Stupid! Stupid!

Judging from the horrified look Junsu had after he told him his plan, Junsu will hate him for sure now. The only thing Junsu said is that, it’s bad.

“Haaaaah....” without realizing it, Jaejoong had sighed once again.

Jaejoong walk to the cafetaria with Dongwook and Siwon in his left and right side. They try to start a conversation with him, but all of his responses are only, hmm and no.

“What is wrong with Jae, today?” Siwon whispered to Dongwook, as they watched over Jaejoong from behind.

“I don’t know, perhaps our Joongie is tired, or... he had enough of you,” Dongwook answered in the same low tone.

“What gives you the right to call Jae as Joongie? And I bet he’s sick of your face, your voice and your stupid number 7 dance, that’s why he kept silent all day,”

“No, it’s because of you and your dry stupid joke!”

“It ‘s not stupid!”

“You are stupid!”

They continue to bicker and because of that, they didn’t see Jaejoong strayed from the way to the cafetaria, because Kim Junsu calling out for him.

“Junsu! I thought you didn’t want to talk to me again!” Jaejoong whined, after he stand beside Junsu.
He practically beamed when he see Junsu calling out to him.

“And why should i do that?”

“Because...”

“Because?”

“Because of my plan?”

“And what is wrong with your plan?”

Jaejoong looked down as he answered, “It’s wrong, I know. I had considered to terminate it, you know...”

“Indeed, it is evil. If you use it against someone kind hearted, however it’s Jung Yunho’s gang we have as opponents here...”

Jaejoong looked up and stare at Junsu instantly. When Junsu didn’t say anything, Jaejoong asked out of curiosity, “So, you suggest?”

“For you to continue it,”

Jaejoong looks shocked.

Well, its an understatement, he’s thunderstruck. He thought, his nice friend, Kim Junsu, will try to stopped him, however here he is, encouraging him to move forward.

“Why, Su? I don’t think I can...”

“Because this is one in a million chance. Chance to ruined Park Yoochun.”

Little did Jaejoong know, Junsu’s hate towards Yoochun is not the only reason for the sudden support. It’s also because of Eun Hye little chat with Junsu the other night.

Flashback
Junsu turned around as he heard someone calling out his name, he saw a girl standing near the gate.

After sometime, he finally realized it is Jaejoong’s sister, that he just introduced when they get here earlier.

“Eun Hye Noona? What’s wrong?”

“Can I talk to you for a minute?”

“Uhm sure, about what?”

“About Jaejoong’s plan,” Eun Hye said bluntly, “Don’t interrupt it, please,”

Junsu frozed, “Did you eavesdrop our conversation earlier?”

“Yes, I did.”

“Don’t worry, I won’t tell a soul,”

“Thanks but that’s not the only thing I want to ask.”

Junsu furrowed his eyebrows.

“I want you to encourage Jaejoong to continue it,”

“Are you crazy? I don’t want to be involved,” Junsu made a move to leave Eun Hye.

“I will involved in the plan, if I were you. It’s the best time to kick Park Yoochun’s ass,”

“Why are you bringing him?” Junsu hissed as he turned once again and now Eun Hye can see clearly anger painted his once calm face.

“I would want Yoochun to feel the same pain if I were you. I would want to see him falls into a trap he used to set for other people.”

Receiving no response, Eun Hye continued her words.

“Is it wrong to be the only person who received full scholarship in Seoul International School? Is it wrong to be unlucky and went through all that? Why people attracted to you for that single reason? Why people puts bets on the virginity of the honorable student?”

Junsu shook in anger as Eun Hye continued. “Stop,”

“And why should Park Yoochun waltz into your life just for the sake of betting and toying around with you for 4 months?”

“If I were you, I would take my revenge against him. How dare he played with me, while he is my first all along? I would do the same things he did to me, I would embarassed him in front of other people. I would dump him in front of other people. I would make him and his gangs fall from the grace. Once again, if I WE-RE you,”

“How do you know so much?”

“I did my research about them, when I planned this. Your story is quite famous, the only guy who had been the victim of Park Yoochun, however Yoochun never admit that he had a relation with you, he said it was just a bet and-”

“Stop it, noona. I meant it,” he clenched his fist in an attempt to calmed his self.

“Okay.” Eun Hye shrugged.

“But I will ask once again, Will you join us or not? For your information, it’s not Jae who planned all of this. But me. I want to see people like them suffer.”

“What is your reason noona?” Junsu asked, considering on the inside.

“Like I said, I want to see them suffer,”

“Is that the only reason?” Junsu’s not quite convinced.

“All right, I will tell you,”

“I like Jaejoong, I really love him as a brother. He’s not a step brother to me, but he is my brother. I want him to live happy everyday,”

“However, there’s this one person who dare to bully him continously. I let him be, because Jae said he can take care of him. But suddenly, on day...” Eun Hye stopped and closed her eyes, as she remember certain occurance.

“You said, you are Jae’s best friend in elementary school right?”

“Then you know the true reason why Jaejoong had to move to USA right?”

Junsu looked sad at the thought, “Yes, I know. But, Jaejoong is all right now, right?”

“Not really, he got trauma after that. He can’t remember that event, however up till this day, he’s not used to a dark and cold room. I hope you won’t mentioned anything about the event in front of him.”

“It got that bad?” shocked lace his voice.

“Yes. That’s why I want to make that snobbish brat pay for that. We need you in our plan, you can take revenge for yourself too in the process, however... I won’t force you,”

“Why do you need me in your plan?”

“You are the first person ever that can last for 4 months with Park Yoochun. I bet, you know things other ex-es didn’t know. Little details that can ripped them apart. And you’re also Jaejoong’s friend when he was little, support from you will make him move forward,”

After considering it for minutes, he said, “Count me in,”

Eun Hye smiled, “We will discuss the details in the car. Come on, I’ll call the driver,”

They planned to held the concert in JITEC, Mangga Dua, 3rd December. And that's near my house, as in really really NEAR, but... while I prayed hard inside: Please, God I want to come!

I read this news... which technically squished my hope to watch Rain, since the news stated the price of the ticktes and IT IS SO DAMN EXPENSIVE. X(

It's IDR 700.000 for Festival???? please....

Several days after that event, Jaejoong didn’t talk to Yunho. Yunho looks for him and asked for his forgiveness - for his poor memory - while Jaejoong didn’t talk back to him.

Poor memory, MY ass.

Jaejoong sit in the couch that day, watching an uninteresting show about marine life, while his mind flies miles away from sea.

Suddenly, Dong Yun appeared and said,

“Young master, Yunho-shi is here,”

“Perhaps he wants to see Mi Na, told him, he has to wait, Mi Na isn’t home yet,” Jaejoong said, not even turning to look at Dong Yun.

“How cruel is that? I’m here to see you, you know?”

Jaejoong turned his head to see Yunho standing near Dong Yun. Dong Yun just smiled, bowed, and left both of them.

“Me? Because Mi Na is not home yet?” Jaejoong snapped.

“No. I just thought I had not spent some time together with you,” he whined in reply.

“Just realize it now? What kind of friend are you?” Jaejoong asked angrily; however he feels really happy inside. Yunho’s here again. See, how simple things about Yunho can made him happy like that?

“Had you study for tomorrow’s math exam?”

“Not yet,”

“Thought so, come on, let’s study,”

Jaejoong suddenly frowned, “Wait, I’m in the process of not talking to you,”

“Too bad, you just did,”

Jaejoong huffed.

“Come on, just forgive me already, not talking to you for the past days is a torture,”

“Liar,”

“I swear, I’m not a liar, Your Majesty!”

Jaejoong smiled and said, “One moment, I’ll take drinks and snacks for us, just go to my room first,”

Jaejoong happily head to the kitchen. While he pours some orange juice into glasses, he heard sounds. When he turns around, he came face to face with his umma.

“Umma…”

“What are you doing?” she asked grimly. She had not seen his son for almost a week, that’s why she’s disturbed when she saw his own son now.

“I…”

“Do you invite someone to this house?” she asked again in the same tone.

“No, Umma, I…”

“You dare to lie to me? I just saw that boy, how dare you huh? How dare you invite someone over? You don’t have the right to do that!!”

Perhaps, its because Jaejoong had not speak to his mother for song long, that he practically shivering at the sight of his mother, and seeing his son like that irked Yoon Ji even more.

“You useless of a son!” she slapped him. Hard.

Feeling a bit worried that Jaejoong took so long in the kitchen. Yunho decided to find Jaejoong.

He walks randomly, luckily his instinct works perfectly and he found Jaejoong immediately in the kitchen.

He’s grabbing a pack of ice and put it over his left cheek and his eyes looking out into the garden. He looks lost in his own world.

“Jae,” Yunho called softly.

Jaejoong seems really surprised that he dropped that ice pack.

Before he can retrieve it from the floor, Yunho had seen the red mark on his left cheek.

“Jae! Your cheek!” Yunho instantly run to Jaejoong’s side and held Jaejoong chin to check on his cheek.

“Is it hurt?” Yunho asked as he traced it with his fingers.

“No,” Jaejoong answered softly.

Of course it’s a lie, since Yunho can see Jaejoong winced slightly from his touch.

“Who did this?”

“No one,”

“Who?” Yunho asked again, persistent.

“My umma,”

Yunho’s eyes widen at that, “Why?”

“Not now, Yun. I don’t want to talk about it,” Jaejoong turned his face, looking so lost and sad at the same time.

Yunho realize that in a time like this, even his stern voice won’t make Jaejoong talk. He didn’t have the heart to prod further. He took the dropped ice pack. “Do you have a new one?”

“Yes,”

They head to Jaejoong’s room bringing an ice pack in silence.

It had been a year since Yunho dated Mi Na. Although, Mi Na is a college student now in other town, they still manage the long distance relationship. Only meeting each other, when Mi Na visits her family and Yunho had the time between studying, other than that they only depends on phone.

They’re nearing the end of their high school life. While Yunho had grown taller since his first year, things didn’t go the same with Jaejoong.

He’s still as skinny as ever and only get taller by a few centimeters. He even still had the same hair, if it’s not longer, to cover every inch of his face.

They’re standing near the fish pond of Jaejoong’s house.

“It’s about time you cut your hair, Jaejoong,”

“Later,”

“You always say later, when it’s only 5 months till our graduation,”

“Yeah, much later,”

Their conversation or more like Yunho’s lecture was cut by a familiar voice, none other than his sister, Mi Na.

“Okay, I’m off with your sister, Jae, bye!”

“Bye,” Jaejoong said, still eying the fish, rather than the lovebirds.

That night, Mi Na and Yunho came home late. While usually Yunho would drop Mi Na around 9 or 10, it’s already 11.10 and they’re not home yet.

However, it was only Jaejoong (since his father went for another business trip and his grandparents are just too old to stay up late and his mother is just…) who still wide awake to wait for his sister and to know that his friend is alright.

He look outside the window and grimaced as he imagine them under this kind of rain. That’s when he heard the front doors open and he immediately run downstairs only to see his sister being hold by Yunho, both are wet from head to toe.

“I think you better go to the bathroom, had a quick bath and sleep,” Jaejoong said to made his presence known, before he witnessed another display of affection between them.

“Oh Jae, can Yunho borrow some of your clothes and let him stay for the night?”

He looked at Yunho who shivered from head to toe, “Sure,”

Jaejoong heads upstairs with Yunho tailing behind him creating a wet patch behind them. Mi Na had head to her room immediately, which is downstairs and at the back area of the house.

“Geez, what did both of you do anyway, going home this late?”

“We g-got lost of the track of ti-time. Long time no see, you know,” Hearing shiver in his sound, Jaejoong decided to let Yunho off and head to his bathroom instantly.

After calling Yunho’s house, Jaejoong decided to look for a shirt for Yunho.

After opening his big wardrobe, now he got confused. Yunho is taller and bulkier than him, which shirt will fit him.

He looked inside his wardrobe and then taking out one of his super large shirt, he used to wear to sleep.

Now, for the pants, he looks even harder and can’t find anything.

“Jaejoong…” Yunho called out softly from the bathroom.

“One moment,” After that, Jaejoong saw a box of new boxers he never used because he bought two sizes bigger.

“Hey, Yun… I only got this shirt and boxer that I thought will fit you. Try it first,” Jaejoong shoved the clothes into Yunho’s awaiting hand that poke from the bathroom.

After minutes, Yunho coming out from the bathroom dressed in white shirt that fit him and black boxers that also fit him (if you don’t want to say that it’s too short and too tight).

Upon seeing this, Jaejoong laugh and rolled on the bed.

“Hahaha… Yunho in a tight clothes parade!”

“Why are you laughing huh? It’s your fault that you’re too skinny! And somethings definitely wrong with this boxer,”

“I bought it by mistakes. The difference is two sizes from mine, how come it’s still too tight for you?”

“Shut up!” Yunho collapsed into the bed, beside Jaejoong.

“If you want to get comfier, you can sleep in the guest room,” Jaejoong suggest.

“What kind of sleepover ends up in a different room?” Yunho said while stretching his body.

Shrugging, Jaejoong took off his glasses and turn off the bedside table also prepared to sleep.

They took the blanket and cover it over their bodies.

After some time, they were involved in a tug o war contest.

“Don’t hog the entire blanket, you pig,” Jaejoong said, tugging the said blanket to him.

“It’s cold and you gave me the skimpiest shirt I can only imagine, now give me more blanket!” Yunho tug more of the blanket into him, and ultimately tugged Jaejoong into him too.

He laughs slightly at this.

“You’re way too skinny and weak,”

“I can throw you out into the rain anytime I want, you know,”

“Okay, okay master. Will you forgive me and we can share this tiny blanket fairly?”

After moving and tugging for a while, they decided that: if they lay close to each other, they will get fair share of the blanket and no one will be left freezing.

“This is why we should have more sleepovers,” Yunho said suddenly, “In my house of course, so that I won’t suffer from skimpy outfit,”

Jaejoong hit Yunho’s chest slightly, since they lay face to face.

Yunho scooted closer to Jaejoong and throw his arm over Jaejoong’s body to bring Jaejoong’s body closer to him.

“It’s cold,” Yunho whispered as to justify his action.

Jaejoong didn’t know what Yunho think about their position right now. But he thinks it’s nice and comfortable.

“This is weird,” Jaejoong said suddenly, waiting for Yunho’s reaction.

“What is weird?”

“A man had a sleepover in his lover’s house yet he ends up sleeping together with her brother’s lover. What do you think about this story?”

“Absurd,”

Jaejoong laugh at that, “See, it’s weird,”

“Perhaps her brother’s bed is comfier,” Yunho said before both of them fallen asleep.

Jaejoong doesn’t know what, but something is wrong with Yunho and Mi Na’s relations. They hardly see each other anymore; even when Mi Na came to visit. If he asked Yunho about it, he simply answer it’s because of their approaching exam. If he asked Mi Na, she will say that there’s nothing wrong at all; with this weird unreadable expression.

He is Yunho’s best friend.

He is Mi Na’s brother.

But, he likes Yunho.

He had admitted it for quite some time now, and somehow it didn’t feel wrong at all. Yunho is a good person with nice personality; he’s the first person that treated him so well after a long time. It’s quite logical for Jaejoong to fall for Yunho right?

Truthfully, he had hate Mi Na with all his might because of their relations. He had felt so left out once again. He had felt lost to her. And once again Mi Na took something precious from him. Isn’t his appa, his grandparents and the other’s love and attention towards her enough? Isn’t it wonderful enough to be blessed with such beauty, talent and personality? But it’s not enough for her; she needs to steal Yunho away from him.

He hates her, hates her, and hated her!

However, after seeing them together so happy, he can’t help but accept how things are. Who is he to go against them? It’s his best friend and sister, for God sake! That’s why he just let go of his feelings and silently blessing his sister and Yunho, hoping for the best for them, although inside he felt so depressed over that fact.

He is only Yunho’s friend.

He is only Mi Na’s brother.

And he’s still hopelessly in love with his sister’s lover, despite all his effort to forget him.

Jaejoong look at his surroundings. He wants to memorize his high school for the last time, since today is his graduation.

It’s not the best experience of high school one can ask for. He still didn’t have that many friends. He didn’t have extra ordinary grades. Some people still look at him weirdly for his appearance.

But, he had a few good friends and a best friend here, who won’t wince for his appearance, who didn’t care for his grades.

He found his passion for arts here.

Mostly, he met Jung Yunho, the most important person of his life, here.

He watched Yunho giving a speech as their representative from his seat. He can’t help but admired him.

After the ceremony, which like usual didn’t attended by any of his family members, Jaejoong walked out from the auditorium. He can only watch so many people laugh, smile or even crying to their friends or their parents. Something nudges him in his heart.

“Jaejoong,” someone called softly. He turned around to find Mi Na smiling at him.

“Mi Na, you’re here?” Jaejoong asked, shocked to see his sister standing in front of him.

“Sorry, I’m late. The train got delayed.” she said as she hands him a bouquet of flower. It’s a mix between pink and red roses.

“Why are you giving me red and pink roses?”

“Since it’s beautiful and it fits you, dear brother,”

“Fits me? Why are you here? Didn’t you say you had archery practice?” Jaejoong asked hoarsely after sniffing the bouquet in his hand.

“We had it almost everyday, but your graduation happened only once in a lifetime,” she smiled again before continuing, “Sorry, all this time, I had never acted as a good sister for you, Jaejoong,”

“Its okay, Mi Na,” Jaejoong answered. “You came now,”

Jaejoong embrace his sister and felt really warm and contented inside.

Mi Na laughs as she heard sniffles “Are you crying?”

“Yeah,” Jaejoong said proudly, “It’s my graduation day, so I can cry,”

“Of course you can, stupid little brother,” she ruffled his long hair affectionately.

After that Jaejoong take some pictures together with his sister and friends. They started to tease Mi Na and Yunho, saying how a couple should take pictures.

They look at each other kind of oddly, Mi Na is blushing to the max while Yunho tried to remain as calm as possible.

After that, they pose together and Yoochun take a picture of them together.

“How about a kiss?” Yoochun teased.

“Naah, Yoochun go get yourself a girlfriend and kiss her,” Yunho stated calmly.

Oh yeah, perhaps Mi Na is here to meet Yunho too.

“Jaejoong, do you mind if you wait here for a moment? I want to talk to Mi Na,”

“Yes, go ahead,”

After Yunho talked for a moment with Mi Na privately, Jaejoong head home together with Mi Na.

That night, Jaejoong lied on his bed, watching the rain that’s pouring crazily outside while thinking about his future in the banking and finance faculty, something he didn’t understand, but was picked by his father. He heard a knocked on his door, “Young master, you had a phone call,” Dong Yun said.

“Okay, wait a minute,”

“Hello,” Jaejoong said as he put the receiver near his ear.

“Hello, Jae,”

“Oh it’s you, Yunho,”

“Yup, it’s me. Yunho the great,” Jaejoong rolled his eyes as he heard that.

“So, Yunho the great, Jaejoong the commoner is at your service. How may I help you, my Lord?” Jaejoong joked, however Yunho’s dry-almost-forced-laugh is not something he expect in return.

“What’s up Yunho?” Jaejoong asked.

“Nothing,” Yunho said in a weird tone.

“Seriously, Yunho, what’s the matter?”

“Seriously, Jaejoong, nothing,” Yunho mimicked his tone; however it was a big fail. Rather than sounds serious, his voice was hoarse, like Jaejoong’s own voice when he’s alone, ate his dinner at midnight and decided to talk to himself rather eating alone in silence. Sounds so lonely.

“Nothing as in nothing; or nothing as in something?”

“Nothing as in… nothing, Jae. I just want to talk,”

Jaejoong frowned a little, “Do you want to talk to Mi Na? She’s still here, you know,”

“No!” Yunho raised his voice suddenly, “I- I just want to talk to you”

“About?”

“Nothing,”

Jaejoong sighed as he asked out of worry, “Has nothing becomes your favorite word now?”

Yunho hesitated for a bit, “Jae, there’s something I want to ask you,”

“Go on,”

“I… If there’s, no—” Yunho stuttered, he seems confused to voice out his mind.

“If something bad happened to me will you still be my friend, Jae?”

Jaejoong chuckled in reply.

“Jaejooong! I’m serious here,” Yunho whined.

“Ok, that’s the great Yunho I know,” Jaejoong laughed again, “Like seriously, why are you asking me this?”

“Because it is important for me, so answer me, NOW,”

“OK, ok.” Jaejoong coughed a bit to add the effect for his answer, “Of course I will… NOT,”

Yunho stayed silent at that.

“Hello, Jung Yunho the great? Are you still alive there?”

“Hm…” that’s the only sound that reached Jaejoong’s ear.

Jaejoong smirked as he can picture Yunho’s sad expression.

“Because I won’t be your friend, but I’ll still be your BEST friend, PA---BO!”

“Jaejoong~~~! You gave me a heart attack!” Yunho whined again.

“Serves you right, for asking me THAT kind of question,”

“But, that’s a serious question! Like something really bad occurred to me, or I did something really REALLY bad what would you do?”

“What is your definition of REALLY REALLY bad? Not eating your portion of carrot? Steal Mr. Jo’s wig? Didn’t go to church for 5 times in a row? Being chased by Mafia gang since you can’t pay your debt? Revive Adolf Hitler? Being chased by a squad of brain-eating-alien? Wait if it was the last option, perhaps I should reconsider…”

“I can assure you; those are not the case, so?”

“You dare to ask me again?”

“I just need confirmation,”

Jaejoong take a long breath before he starts his lecture session.

“I for certain, will not leave a person who had so kindly become a friend with a weirdo, who, for the last 3 years, didn’t have many friends if it wasn’t for him. The weirdo, who, for the last 3 years, will fail math, sports, literature, and many other subjects if it wasn’t for his teachings, the weirdo, who, for unknown reason decided to keep his hair long and used super thick glasses, which make his appearance all the more weirder, but that man still become his friend.”

Not hearing anything in reply from Yunho, Jaejoong decided to keep talking, “Considering all of that man’s good deeds towards the weirdo, Kim Jaejoong won’t leave Jung Yunho,”

“You should be the one giving the speech today. Your speech almost brought tears to my eyes.” Yunho sniffed on the other line.

“Making you cry is my intention, thank you,”

“I’m not crying. I only got teary eyes,” Yunho said indignantly.

“Whatever, it’s the same.”

“I had thought about some things, I am just afraid about it. But now, after talking to you, I think it doesn’t matter anymore,”

Being taken a back a little, Jaejoong said what crossed his mind first, “That’s not something you usually said,”

He heard laughter from the other line, “I don’t?” Yunho asked between his laughter and snivels.

“Yeah, perhaps today’s graduation pressed the wrong button inside your brain,”

Yunho laughed again.

Quite worried with his friend behavior, Jaejoong decided to asked again, “Yun, are you sure you don’t want to talk to Mi Na? I’m sure she won’t mind, even though this is her beauty sleep time,”

“I don’t want to, Jae,”

“Ok, if you said so.”

“Jaejoong, thank you so much.”

“Hm? For what?”

“For this conversation, for being my friend, for making me laugh, for making me feel better just now, for everything,”

Jaejoong can feel his heart swelling because of Yunho’s words, however he thinks that because of his “best friend” role and he feels a little bit sad at that. Covering his emotion’s fluctuation, he quickly said, “Making you feel better? I think you are the doctor!”

“I am. But you are the person who can make this doctor cheered up in any situation,”

Is it wrong if Jaejoong feel elated after Yunho said that?

AN: After a loong thinking, I've decided to change something on the story line, and I really should give title for every chapter 2, it has reached part 5 for God sake! Plus, there's still something occured on the same day for the next chapter...
